Bright, clean, well stocked store. Friendly staff. However should have had more than 2 cashiers on busy opening day. Had to drop and leave since a massive line to check out. Forfeitted my discount coupon.

Rens pets is Located accross the lot from Giant tiger , it is not in the movie theater . Huge selection of raw food and competitive prices , I easily found help both on the phone and inthe store . Worth a visit.

This morning I went to pick up my click and collect from the Niagara Falls location and it was ready for pick up extremely fast which blew me away!!! When I got into the store I was greeted automatically and the store manager knew me by name which made me feel like I was still apart of the Rens pets family even though I am no longer an employee. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much!!! Memphis is going to enjoy his new toys and raw thank you all for your hard work!! GO TEAM!!! #iloverenspets

My 2nd time there since opening and going back to St. Cats rens. Not one item flagged for sale even though there is a clearance event happening. Both times the staff was overly sugary, over indulging while people are standing in line. Explaining the different types of dog conditioner, reading each ingredient in a dog supplement, walking away from cash to find a flea comb for someone that just walks in. Maybe have someone on the floor to assist. Also, please turn off the radio or to a channel rather then static.

This store is amazing! The staff are outstanding and super helpful! They have an absolutely fabulous selection of wet cat food. Their raw food selection is also amazing. I have 2 cats that are on a wet and raw diet. And this is my go to store for both raw and wet food. I live in Fort Erie and will go out of my way to go to REN’s! I hope Fort Erie gets a REN’s one day!!! I always make sure to stock up when they have their sales on!This store is amazing!

Honestly not great experience. No help in the store. Only 1 staff on the floor. Was helping a gentleman for the 20 mins I was there. No one else to ask for assistance. Waited in line 5 more mins while the staff was continuing conversation with the gentleman. Would not go back.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at the new Niagara Falls Ren's Pets. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, well stocked shelves with lots of great deals, spacious and bright store. I took my 8 month old Golden and he had the best time!!! Everyone was very patient with his big puppy enthusiasm, treating him like family :)
