Was in and out in no time! Very happy with my chip repair. They explain everything to you and I felt really at ease dealing with them. Would recommend and return for future repairs (hopefully I didn't just jinx myself)

We had booked an appointment online a week ago for a small repair to our windsheild.My husband shows up to Speedy Glass today at our appointment time and they are closed.There was no cancellation call or any notification to let us know they would be closed or to try to reschedule our appointment.My husband called and all the girl on the phone said is we are closed and have been closed most of the week.So disappointed. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Awful experience, had drivers side window replaced which turned into chip panelling on my door which did get fixed but when he fixed that he didnt attach the door back together right. I took it back to show him he said that its as good as it would go on. Got someone else to look at my door when he did he notcied a corner clip off. He got it together for me but it stll rattles alot. When i called speedy to say what he found nobody was at the shop so I called when i got home and left a message, i got a very rude and unprofessional message left , when i returned there phone call his wife answered, she was very rude, telling me they didnt break anything, and never to call there again. As a business owner myself i would never treat a customer like that very unprofessional!!!!! Think it should be called speedy auto wrecker

Amazing service. Had a chip and was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! Didn't have to pay a cent either because they suggested calling insurance. So great that they are in Woodstock and close to my house

Not a good experience and I wasn't even a customer... I asked how much it would be to fix a tiny crack in my windshield (not even more then 1.5cm) and was told 125$ (about that price point)and I was shocked and I got given attitude when stating it was a really small crack ... Not ever gonna be a customer here.. customer service needs work..

Initial service experience was fast, efficient and polite. I would have been happy to recommend this local small business. Following the repair (windshield replacement) it came to light that there was a problem with calibration of the electronic systems (camera sensor and wiper sensors) to the new glass. This is when problems with the staff began. The repair was done through insurance and details of what insurance covered for the repair were not confirmed by speedy and the wrong glass was installed. When clarifying what the issue was, Jennesa was extremely short, rude and condescending not only to me personally but my insurance company reps (on more than one occasion) to the extent that she lied to the reps about what actions I as the client wanted to take to correct the issue. Ultimately, they decided they would rather lose my business than make it right. I would not recommend this location and I would follow up on any insurance claim they filed on your behalf to make sure they actually used the materials they claimed to. Solving this simple problem for my vehicle has now taken days of time and energy versus a single afternoon. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I was passing through this lovely town for petrol on my way back from Niagra to Detroit. It was a day trip. I had the unfortunate experience to have a stone fly and chip my windscreen. I was uncertain whether my rental excess covered windscreen. Pulled in at random when saw a sign that looked similar to Auto-glass in the UK. The place was quiet and the technician said he doesn't know about my insurance but he'll repair it for free to save me the hassle.I guess it's true what they say about Canadians - they are genuinely kind people (unless you confuse Canada with USA and the currency)A truly satisfying experience

I was able to get a same day appointment with a stone chip. When I arrived for my appointment, the repair was made quickly and I was on my way in 10-15 minutes. The owners also took care of the insurance billing.
