NorthLine Sports provided me with excellent pricing on my Wakesurf board. I'm always concerned, when I buy online outside of my Province, that the customer service may be lacking. This was not a problem with NorthLine Sports, their communication was prompt and they worked very hard to ensure that I received my products as soon as possible. Overall a very positive experience and I will be looking to them for future purchases.

Amazing customer service. Josh determined the parts I needed in order to get my old windsurfing gear back in the water and took the time to explain in great detail the repairs I needed to make. Definitely recommend this company.

Awesome store for board sports. My wakeboard I bought over a year past had a broken thightner of the boot string, and they replaced it at no cost. Thanks, NorthLine! You're the best.

I purchased an HO slalom ski from Northline sports online. I had some questions which were answered with expertise and efficiency. Mac and Lauren were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable! I will make this my go to water sport shop. Great product line and outstanding customer service and support!

Huge selection and wonderfully friendly staff. The place is basically a giant toy store. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent support with any warranty related issues or exchanges. They definitely are customer first focused. Love going in here. Also tons of parking.

NorthLine sports is a great company run by people who are just as passionate about are favourite sports and hobby’s as we are! I ordered a wakeboard package and they didn’t have the right boots in stock so they upgraded my boots to the next years version at no cost of my own. Talk about quality customer service

My experience has been less than satisfactory up till now, Ive learnt that there is insufficient expertise for fitting boots and having them molded correctly at Northline. There is only one person, the manager of the store, you’re simply out of luck if you come at a time he is leaving or off for the weekend, very shoddy service if they have to reply on one person. I’ll try a third time to get my bots fitted by the one expert and if not I’ll just have to pay another $150 somewhere to get me the help one would expect after spending $900 CAD on boots and skis from Northline :-( Maybe snowboarders fair better here.
