this is not a drive through, you have to have symptoms and you also have to have an appoint, incompetance at it best!!!!!

I've been calling the assessment center for 4 days. I can never get through. It rings half a ring and suggests youmptrss 1 during next message, which I do and it says there's a high volume of calls, press 1 during next message. I've been pressing 1 for days. How are we suppose to make an appt when we can't even get a human on the phone?

I've called the number to make an appointment starting from 9am. Constantly getting a busy message, but on occasion I'll get through and put on hold. I'd stay on hold for a few minutes and then I'll hear the ringing sound only to be hung up on and have the busy message play. I've called roughly 45 times and got put on hold and hung up on roughly 7 times today. I'm not impressed.

More then capable and very respectable , the staff are a little burnt out , but there managing , we are so lucky to have such great health care in Canada , so when people complain I think they are so privileged and have no idea how extremely lucky we are , even compared the USA

I went there after testing positive on Monday morning. The nurse and the doctor were both friendly and understanding. They were also very thorough and professional. I called back yesterday (my isolation was supposed to be done, but I'm still testing positive and have all the symptoms). The nurse who answered spent 10mins on the phone with me...I didn't feel rushed at all and she was very friendly and helpful. She encouraged me to call back on Monday if I had anyore questions or was unsure of what to do. Very happy with this service and thankful for it. Good job!!

Great experience. My family doctor told me to go here since I was testing negative but likely had Covid and had been sick for 3 weeks. Super nice. The doctor was pleasant and gave me an examine (something my family doc should have done) and gave me a script to ease my symptoms. These staff are working hard and putting themselves at risk everyday. Thank you!

Noted online that they were open until 4 pm on Sunday with no appointment needed. Arrived at 3:45 pm with no line up and were told that an appointment was required prior to 3:30 pm. Nurse was not friendly nor helpful and was determined not to assist with testing. We came up from Toronto as lineups very long in the city but struck out at PRHC. Customer service not their strong suit. With Ford’s promises of extending hours of testing centres, this may be one place to start.

Called for an HR straight with no answer. Pretty sure I have strep throat but because of covid I cannot get tested with a swab at the doctor's, I have to get tested for both. I'm not sure where the humans are, but if they're this busy they clearly need more staff answering phones
