Phone service was delightful, told me the cremation included a clipping of my hamster’s hair. At the location, they confirmed that we did in fact want it, and were told yes we did. They still forgot within the few minutes between payment and putting her in (we were there). Of all of the jobs that you need to be extra careful with, this is pretty high up there. Other than that the experience was okay but that was definitely an issue.

I was gutted when our little friend passed after nearly 17 years together, but they helped me get through it and took care of everything. They really helped make everything better again....couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The most caring and amazing service I could of ever had done for my passed cat. They took the most utter care and great communication of everything. Sad circumstances to use their service but will recommend to those who may ever need it

Amazing and comprehensive service. They have all you will need for your pet’s last stop. I dealt with Donna at the office and Damien at the cremation centre. Both were amazing and accommodating my wishes and schedule as much as they could.I personally want to thank Damien again for his patience and excellent care for my pet Bemidji. I kept asking and confirming little details and he was very attentive and patient with my questions and requests. It is very hard to lose your pet but Resting Paws made the last step easier. Thank you.

When my dog and best friend Pride passed away 5 years ago I wasn’t sure who I wanted to trust to take care of him. I found Patrick and Sabine and they treated him just as I would in the end.Since then they have helped me lay to rest his entire family... his wife Power, daughter Justice, and their cousin Romeo the cat.Today the last of the family Buddy is taking his last car ride as he has gone to join his pack on the bridge.Thank you Resting Paws for all the years of care.Kevin
