I have been going to Trutone now for over 9 years. I had excellent service from Jeff L in the selection of my new television. Last week I had a new 75” 4K installed and moved my old 60” plasma into another room. The installers were extremely professional and had all the tools necessary to complete a perfect installation.I highly recommend going to an independent store owner for high end electronics. They know the products they stock and will give you an honest and knowledgeable answer guiding you to what you’re looking for.

Trutone is the best! I have been dealing with them for quite a few years now. I have bought 2 large TV's, a Bluesound System and several smaller items/accessories etc. They are helpful, knowledgeable and I've always found their prices competitive.I was recently having a real nightmare of a problem configuring my home theatre system after buying an Apple TV 4K +. I didn't even buy it from them but when I called them they were able to offer me truly clear, helpful advice over the phone that got me up and running despite the complexity of my system. They were willing to set up an in-home visit to solve this for me but I managed to get things running with their help over several phone calls. Like I said—Trutone is the best!

We recently purchased a Victrola Stream turntable from Trutone. Their service was excellent and as this is a new, hard to get product and we live in Alberta, the unit had to be shipped. We dealt with Ahmet who looks after their online sales and he was fantastic. He kept us up to date on timing, answered all of our questions and actually cared that we received good service.I highly recommend Trutone and would order from them again in a heartbeat!

Went in to buy a Mantle Mount for my TV, which will be above a fireplace. Jeff helped us. What a delight to speak to someone with so much product knowledge. Experienced, honest, and truly wanting to help! I haven't had that level of service in a store in a very long time. Will come back for sure.

Will was very patient and helpful with my partner and I. We'd done some homework on what we thought we wanted in a TV and we had a price point in mind. We wanted a TV we'd enjoy for 10 years. Will showed us a number of models and patiently explained the various features, answering all of our questions. The TV we liked best was more than we were hoping to pay. Will mentioned he could help a bit more on current sale price. We went down the street thinking wed find better prices and selections but concluded that Trutone Electronics product and price were best. We are very happy with our new Samsung 55 QLED Q70R TV."

If you need advice on how to improve your system Stereo or Home Theater, This is the place to go without any doubt.Robert this is the gentleman to talk to if you want to improve your system or get a new one.I got new Audio-quest cables to connect my Pre-Amplifier and Power Amplifier, and now I have a more revealing system, Thank you for all your pieces of advice and recommendations on my setup.

I purchased the Seura TV Mirror (and two matching mirrors) for our master ensuite bathroom from Trutone. I can't begin to express my overwhelming appreciation for the service level delivered from Robert Hoinkes who went to the moon and back for us in planning out this amazing project. Robert coordinated everything from initial consultation, supplier ordering, site visit and final installation. The installers Ronel and Blair made on site recommendations, and completed the job to perfection (including a spot less clean up). In this day and age, you would be hard pressed to find service levels of this calibre. Do yourself a favour and contact this team for all your electronic needs!

I bought a nice Rega Elex r online from Trutone in December last year. Fast delivery! Upon no fault of their own and not the products fault, the left channel stopped working. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who told me to bring it in and said they would send it out for repair. I decided to drive down and drop it off in person. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jeff even took me for a tour of their store. Absolutely amazing!I will let you know how the repair work and everything else invloved went. So far, so good!Update:My Rega amp was repaired quickly by the Rega repair dealer. It was covered under warranty and it was returned promptly. The Rega company and the staff members at Trutone offer a service that is second to none! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone deal with Trutone if you are looking to deal with an excellent company that offer excellent service and excellent products!Another update:The amp is acting up so I called Trutone and Robert was excellent to deal with. They are working on solving the issue promptly and though it's not his fault, he apologized for the inconvenience.Top notch!

A few months ago, I encountered a subpar customer service experience while attempting to initiate an RMA process for a cartridge, prompting me to assign Trutone a rating of 1 out of 5. However, following a recent transaction involving the acquisition of a new record player from them, I have observed a notable improvement in their support services. The dedicated support team exhibited commendable professionalism, resulting in a significantly smoother and more satisfactory process. I must highlight the courteous and professional demeanor of Ahmet throughout the interaction. As a result, I have decided to revise my review, upgrading the rating from 1 to 4 stars.I extend my appreciation to the entire Trutone team for their diligent efforts in rectifying the previous shortcomings and delivering a more commendable customer experience.
