Raymond was real easy to deal with. He has excellent customer service. He takes care of the customer. It's nice to deal with someone who cares so much about his job. I recommend this company for any repairs needed. Thank you very much Raymond.

A super big thank you to the staff at NOVUS GLASS on Main Street in Moncton. I noticed a rock chip and pulled in to see about booking an appointment. I was told to grab a seat, have a coffee and before I knew it my window was fixed and I was on my way. This is the second time I have dealt with this business and I would highly recommend anyone who need a windshield replacement or crack fixed to stop in and see them.Best part everything was covered by insurance so I was not out of pocket and they are dog friendly with a big bag of treats behind the counter. Thank you again NOVUS!!

The guy on the phone was not the sharpest tool in the shed, asked for a rough estimate on fixing a 3 crack in my windshield. Was told he can't fix a crack

Please take photos of your vehical before and after service, if you deside to go with Novus. I unfortunately was given defective front windshield glass and had to have a 2nd replacement were over $3500 worth of damages was caused to my vehical by Novus and my car was left dirty. Which I need to call them out on, as the technican or manager did nothing to mention this to me, I would not recomend Novus becuase if you mess up the customer needed to be informed. Please avoid doing business here as it is not worth the headache.

Best service, in my opinion. Walked in after my windshield cracked across, had an appointment the next day. Quick service and friendly staff. Will tell all my family and friends to go there.

Excellent place to do business! Raymond provides exceptional customer service. I took my car in for something I thought was windshield related and it turned out to be something else. He proceeded to do a complementary fix and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend Novus Glass!

Great company to deal with! My windshield shattered, I called Novus Monday morning, they told me to bring it in that day, and they had it replaced by the afternoon! Very pleasant and friendly to deal with, made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

i called to make an appointment for a chip in my windshield they got me in immediately. I brought my truck in, they took it into their shop and came back within minutes telling me it in fact was not a chip and that they would fix and fill what I was seeing for free. I’m 24 and I’m always worried about people taking advantage of my knowledge or lack of knowledge with vehicles. They could have filled it and charged me the same price to fill a chip; but they didn’t. I would absolutely recommend this place & I’m very appreciative of the staff at novus. I will absolutely be back!
