Spacious bathouse with great amenities such ashot tob,sauna,bar,pool table. Bar tender always speaks to me when I'm at the bar. Front desk attendants are always friendly. I made the switch from Steamworks. Never regretted it.

Hi wonderful great experience. Excellent staff excellent site very clean. Very friendly staff. Last time I was there. It was the night you had the fire. Then of course you were close for COVID 19 . I went to the sauna as a Mexican guy who is visiting Canada for the first time . I asked this guy kindly and my English is not perfect but he was patient and then he tried to hit me .It was the scieriest experience I ever have n my life . I recommend mostly latinos to be careful of this racis guyHe was white with tattoos

Been there for a visit. Very nice and clean. Attendants are also pleasant. If you are looking for work, keep in mind you are in a gay community. And you have to be 18 and older to apply. I had a room for 8 hours to stay and also got my 5$ back was a surprise and did not realise about extra fee but it was all ok. Did not visit steam room but a bathtub was great. Clean, little bit dark, but not impossible to see, note to self if you want to be safe bring small light with you some corners are dark. Will come back. they have membership.

I usually go to this place very often but last time when I went, it was friday night even after showing my ID the guy at the front charged me full price and literally ignored my call even when i told him i am under 25. Anyway Shout out to Rafi!! He is always there, he always makes me comfortable and he even resolved this issue swiftly! He is really amazing. I love his customers services! Would always come here!

The SPANISH SPEAKER employee (muscled body) at the front is RUDE, has NO CLUE of what customer service is and does not look into your eyes when he communicates.Not sure how he got hired without proper training.I am NOT COMING BACK and contributing to his paycheck.Steamworks front staff are more friendly and engaging with you.

Every time I go to spa excess.I have a good time lots of fun. The staff is polite and nice to me. The spa has events & things for everyone from young to older people, vanilla to masters.

It would be great, save for the morning staff. In the morning, the staff intentionally ignore you, waste everyone's time, and if you happen to misplace your remote, they'll call you a drug addict - not to your face, just to your friends. Umm WHAT? Miserable men projecting their own baggage on other, begging to be sued for slander. Being rude - especially THAT rude - when the guest in question has never been anything but polite, is never good for business. Picking and choosing when your drug policies are and aren't convenient - I guess not going through bags is good for business (imagine!) - and then slandering your paying customers for something you assume yet have done virtually nothing to prevent? Yikes. And no, I was not on drugs.
