TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Poor customer service. Misleading information and processing everything in an untimely fashion. Both my husband and I are over the service we have received from the TD branches over the years, but more pointedly this one. However, some of your tellers are great - others not so much. They aren't your problem, your lending team and investments representatives are. Loosen the red tape and figure it out TD.

Best continuous banking experience. This facitlity has the most friendly staff. They often call me by name when I walk in the door and the consultants are always willing to help. I went in recently to inquire about information on one of my accounts and the advisor that I dealt greeted me as I entered and snuck me inbetween his appointments even though i had not booked one myself. Extremely knowledgable and wanting to help. They make me feel comfortable. I Trust" this branch!"

Extremely disappointing service. They transferred my money to some unknown person in Peace River’s account, and are difficult to work with, offering more roadblocks than solutions. I generally like TD services, but this branch is the reason I’m switching banks.

Horrible, horrible bank. CSR was extremely rude to me. Who knew that deposing a TD cheque into a TD account would cause such stress, headache and distress. I feel they love to say no" and if you express your upset your punished my waiting for hours to get a resolve.Really not the way to treat someone who wanted to invest $50

Been in there a couple times now to try and get a mutual funds account started. First time I walked in to the counter was about 2015, the 19 or so year old took me to a back office and explained to me they won’t open a mutual funds account unless I had a minimum of $5000. Well there goes that, mutual funds are only for rich people it would seem.About 4 years later I had a problem when I was in Okotoks AB, they took me right in and helped me out. In passing buddy asked if I wanted to learn about investments and mutual funds. I told him I don’t have $5000 and that the oilpatch was in hurting shape. He replied that I don’t need $5000. I could do it with as little as $100. News to me, this is NOT what the Clearview Market rep told me. He left me with zero options, now this Okotoks guy was telling me almost everything I had been told in Clearview Market Way was not true and was even shaking his head. This gave me hope, but also confusion.So fast forward another 3 years. Oil patch is booming, work is plentiful. And some of my relatives have recently passed away leaving me money, money I wanted to do invest immediately.So busy however that I can barely get a day off. So I book another appointment with Clearview Market TD in Red Deer after clearing the day with my boss. I drive nearly 3 hours to get to my home branch, so then I get an email while I’m sitting in the branch that my appointment has been cancelled at my request….What request?? Why would I cancel it when I’m sitting in the branch?I’ve had it with this branch, looking to pull my mortgage and loans and switch banks. This branch is not all bad, my mortgage woman was great, but I think she transferred to a different branch (no wonder why here!)I haven’t seen such incompetence at a bank since I pulled my mortgage from Service Credit Union 15 years ago.In my opinion this just proves that these big banks don’t care about the little guy at all. All they care about is themselves. Which is to be expected in this day and age, but I’ll keep searching for a bank that will at least feign that my interests are important too.Disgusting. They’ll give you a truck loan for $40000 with nothing down but fight you tooth and nail when trying to set up your retirement. Can’t wrap my head around it all all.

Every single time I go there the ladies that help me are all AMAZING. I had the sweetest lady today (monday december 20) I think her name was merium (I could totally be wrong) but she was amazing. I could chat with her all day. She worked so hard to help me fix an issue. She had a smile and thoughtful words the whole time. Merry Christmas!

Had a great experience today! I didnt catch her name, but a woman with a stylish bob helped me out with a few problems and was incredibly helpful and sweet! The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because last time i was there, a woman with white hair sent me away saying she couldnt help me with something i got help with today.

The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because the tellers have always been nice to me. But holy sweet Christmas do they have some utterly INCOMPETENT and useless people in the offices. I had to switch branches even though this one is minutes from my home. Going through my mortgage was scary with how these people handle themselves, but trying to have my investments transferred in-kind from a registered account to another registered account was like I was speaking dolphin to these people. They couldn’t financially plan their way out of a wet paper bag full of bad reviews.
