From start to finish, the process was so easy and smooth! During the consultation, Anya presented me with several flooring options and made a great suggestion that I ended up going with for the kitchen, powder room, ensuite and main entry! It all tied in together and is gorgeous! The installers were quick and professional! Highly recommend!

We can say enough about how wonderful everyone was to work with. From the minute we waked into their showroom, we felt welcomed and were thrilled to be able to find (after much searching elsewhere) the most beautiful flooring and carpet for our new century home. The hardwood floor install was done on time without any delays. We were so pleased with Kevin's install work...it's not easy working with 100 year old existing hardwood flooring, which was removed without any damage to baseboards and door-jams! Kevin definitely took the time and care that was needed. Our new carpet runner & stair runner were also installed on time and are stunning! If you're looking for any type of flooring, we would highly recommend you connect with Anya...you won't be disappointed. There is no need to travel to Toronto...we have this wonderful flooring company in our own backyard!

Anya came a checked it out and couple days later came with a quote which was very competitive, Kevin soon after arrived completely prepared. Great tradesman and fast, attention to every detail. three days went by,job finished. Final inspection by Anya,made sure of satisfaction. Very professional and confidence building organization. Anya and the installation team made this process a delight! Anya arrived, measured the space, asked a few questions about what we wanted, and brought in some samples. She had the options narrowed right down, and I picked my new flooring in about 2 minutes. Her secret is that she actually listens to her clients. She has excellent product knowledge, if you do need some help deciding. So easy and convenient! Installation was quick and professional, and our installer (Kevin) took care of the smallest details. The price for the project was very reasonable, and we are thrilled with the final result.

Anya came to our house to view samples in our light. She was helpful and came with lots of options. Rob purchased and helped us make payment easily. Kevin did an amazing job installing and ensuring our vinyl tile look very realistic!! Our only problem was that we didn’t do the kitchen at the same time as our bathroom .. that will be next and we will 100% be repeat customer!

Our new floors are down and they look fantastic! We especially appreciated Anya's attention to customer satisfaction. An in person consultation with samples and laser measurements and a lickety-split quote. All my email questions were answered very quickly. Their installers were efficient, professional and super friendly. The cherry on top was Anya's return visit to our home after installation, to check that we were happy with the end product. For me, the customer interface is invaluable and certainly appreciated. Thank you!
