I’m giving this location a 3 star rating for one reason “ the manager Kayla “ she was very helpful and talked with myself and my wife... About a year ago we went in to this location to get a product for my wife as she had just given birth to our son and at that point we had been in the NICU for 14 days and we had asked this one girl for help, right away she was rude and walked away to try and find this product we then started walking around grabbing a few things ( in the same area) and this girl started helping someone else so I ask her why she decided to not help us and just help other people she then was very rude and just told us ya we don’t have that product ( we found it ourself at that store) we then just said what ever let’s go we need to get back to our son! Fast forward too today 10/21/20 we are back at this location and there she is the same girl! There were a few other employees but they were busy so I said well I’ll ask her ( trust me I didn’t want too!!) and I asked her if she could help me find this product again with out looking she flat out says ( really rude) ya we don’t sell that! My wife then says it says you do and it says INSTORE only but then we looked and they are all out of stock, at this point I said to my wife we need to talk to a manager because if she is like this to us my wife our daughter and son what is she like with other people... as I said at the top of this very long review the manager Kayla was very helpful and for that reason we would go back if we had too but we will instead use the Westwood location for our main store. Again we would like to say thank you to Kayla the manager for helping us and taking the time to listening to us!

I called Babies R Us regarding a sandbox and though it was Toys R Us department that sold the sandboxes, Keagan from Babies R Us was very polite, professional and helpful over the phone. He helped me out quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to an in-store visit soon!

I was given a Gift Card for a return I made that was over $400. Never used it, but when I went to go use it the store said that it was empty. Then I was told that they would look into the matter with the head office. I called a couple of days later to check up on the progress they said it is out of their hands now and that I must take it up with Head Office. I called head office for them to tell me that the day it was activated it was also redeemed. So I am guessing the person who processed the gift card for me made a mistake and its me, the customer, having to deal with the issue. My advice is, if you get a gift card from this location keep your receipt (which I did as well) and double check that the card is good to go. All I am looking for is to have my gift card re-activated with the balance on the receipt.

I can’t speak about how helpful Jaiden was over the phone. He made sure I was able to have my car seat on a hold as I was travelling from out of town. Even honouring the price from sale!!! Can’t thank them enough. I’ll be travelling to this baby’s r us when the twins are born.The front staff at the tills Deborah was a blessing. And chad who brought out the car seat/stroller and I didn’t even have to ask. Amazing team!!!

Today I realized the baby carrier I had been gifted while pregnant was actually recalled a while ago. I called Babies R Us to see what could be done about this/if it could be brought it. I was told that unfortunately because I didn’t have the packaging/receipt anything that they couldn’t do much but I was directed to reach out to the manufacturer for support, which I hadn’t thought of at first. After this, I went to the store to purchase a new carrier and I happened to run into the young man who I had spoken to on the phone.Johnny was beyond helpful. I can honestly not sing his praises enough. He went over different carrier options with us and helped me pick one I felt confident putting my 4 month old in, and then on top of that, took it out of the box and helped me figure out how to use the carrier! I walked out of your location today with my daughter strapped to my front and the confidence to use this carrier independently going forward.Thank you again Johnny and Argyle Toys R Us

Went around Christmas time to purchase a new car seat and they had new employees for the holiday season but the cashier never even checked to see if they had it in stock before selling me it. So I had pulled up my car waiting for the men to bring it and waited for 10 mins before going in to the help desk. The lady was very helpful and ended up getting them to bring it out but they had no clue because the cashier didn’t know what she was doing

Amazing customer service! The manager Jennifer went above and beyond to help me. She helped locate a discontinued item and worked so hard to get it from another location for me. She called and followed up and communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciate all her time and effort

Your business is one of the worst businesses that I have ever dealt with. Very poor customer service and one of the worst business practices I have ever encountered . They state free pick up at store service and then tell me in person that it will cost me over $70 whether I pick it up at the store or have it delivered. No wonder this store went into bankruptcy and had to be rescued. The Women that is CEO of this company needs to either run the business like all other companies or fire herself for being very poor in regards to business.Michael A Delaney

Me and my wife been in this store, No one really helps us, all the customer service reps where stand groups and they were not even bothered not even ask are we doing ok.We called our friend and took advice regarding items.The funny thing was almost 8 customer service reps was there in the store, but they all stand groups in the front area and just talking each other.Very bad experience.This store has zero diversity in many ways I feel.That is also the main reason I think.
