I just came back from an ear wax removal at the House of Hearing Clinic at the 3833 Midland Avenue location and was so impressed with the experience that I have to write this review. Suhyun was so professional and gentle in her approach, it made my experience a really positive and painless one. The place is clean and well-run with a very knowledgeable and helpful administrative assistant assisting the patients. What a wonderful experience indeed. Thank you

I went there today and everyone was super friendly, helpful and nice. I had an earwax removal and it was done really quickly and smoothly. I could ask a lot of questions and they were really kind enough to help me out. Definitely will visit again if I face any issues!

Had a great experience at house of hearing getting some custom musicians ear plugs made. They even made sure to order them at a time when i was able to test them out while still on warranty! I would definitely go to them again and recommend to anyone.

Went for an ear wax removal two days ago - turned out my ears are shining bright like a diamond lol, no cleaning needed. But was pretty cool to see my ear canals on the screen. Both the receptionist and the doctor are very nice and polite. Didn’t charge me the consult fee ◡̈

The staff at the Scarborough location are very friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, expertly knowledgeable and organized in supporting their clients needs.
