Kind staff, but the chicken I was served with my chicken Caesar salad was gross, and had hard chunks in it. Would be understandable if it was blackened chicken but this was not that. My guess is they don’t even make the chicken in the restaurant, likely just something heated up with fake grill marks off a delivery semi. I was offered 10% off my bill, when I only finished half the salad out of disgust with the chicken. Nice to know a customers worth!

I had the chicken mushroom fettuccini. It was really good. Co workers had cactus cut fries, which were really well cooked. Sometimes they are soft and mushy he says, but these were properly cooked. He also had wings, which were good. Boys had a wrap, a Thai wrap or something like that. He liked it at the time, but not the next day.

This is not a family friendly place. There's a family bathroom but it has NO CHANGE TABLE. Children are not allowed to eat outside. The service was less than enthusiastic -we had to ask for everything all the way down to the cutlery. The only thing they were happy and swift to bring us was the bill.

If I could rate less than one star I would. The worst service I’ve ever had at a Boston piazza anywhere. I also filled out their online form that they tell you to fill out and never got a response. Even though they say they respond within two business days. Very disappointed.

Service was okay, had to ask for water, Ketchup and refills. Portions were kid friendly at best. Ordered a big dipper and was given over cooked roast beef instead of sliced steak. Will not be visiting again or recommend to family or friends who travel to Humboldt.

Terrible service and very long wait times!! Our food took 45 mins to come out. When it finally did arrive, we were missing 2 out of 6 items that we were told would be right out. We also asked for a spoon which did not come. After 15 minutes of no one checking on us (we were almost done eating the food we had), we shouted" excuse me to flag our waitress (who was 2 tables away and had been completly ignoring us). We told her we were still missing 2 of our food items. When she brought them out

My faith has been restored. It’s been a very long time since I’ve received service like this in any restaurant. The food was delicious & perfectly prepared. I feel I need to make special mention though of the young man greeting customers at the front reception, as well as our waiter in the lounge. Both were noticeably eager to ensure the needs of every single customer were met. I was impressed. Good job guys!

Normally it is pretty okay. I don't know why they don't spruce up their beer collection with some of the breweries from within Sask though.The cessers seem to be consistently bad.

I had the pasta special of jambalaya and Fettucini with marinara sauce as well as the new appetizer “4 cheese & Jalapeño pepper dip” served with cactus chips. Food was great and served hot right away and the service was quick, polite and eager! The waiter was assure to make my visit as pleasant and easy! Great food, great taste, great Service!
