Great use to technology to make my life super convenient. Everything I need to know and manage at my storage unit is at my fingertips and I don't have to wait or trouble anyone with my erratic schedule. The ease of use gives me great confidence knowing my belongings are secure.

Nancy is very helpful. Their system is very easy to navigate and simple to use.

This is, in my opinion, the best storage company I have ever dealt with. Everything is exceptionally clean and very easy to access - all through an app on your phone. If you need to rent a storage unit, this is really one place I would unconditionally recommend.

WORST STORAGE FACILITY IN CALGARY. I rented their largest unit in August and have even inconvenienced numerous times because they keep revoking my access without giving any explanation. Finally thought I resolved the issue by updating to their new app and just today my access was evoked again. They’ve threatened to terminate my agreement because I access the facility “too often” and for “too long”. I was displaced by the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic and have been struggling to put my life back together. While I have a place to stay, unfortunately The residence I’m at cannot store any of my belongings. Unfortunately this means I have to go to CityBox regularly but this is unacceptable to them and have been putting me through hell since my agreement was enacted. In October they wrongfully attempted to take my monthly payment from visa a week before it was due and when it wouldn’t go through, they revoked my access again. Right now CityBox is illegally withholding my property and are refusing to discuss the matter and making false accusations of verbal abuse. if I show up banging on their doors the police will be called. They are making false assumptions and behaving in the most unprofessional manner. I warn anyone to avoid this facility at all costs and would never recommend this company for storing anything.

I went to access my locker this morning at 7:30 and could not gain access, then waited until 9:30 (when they are suppose to open) to call the office and see why I had been locked out. Took an additional 15min to finally get a hold of someone to then be informed that because my invoice landed on a weekend, the pre-authorized payments were not processed until the next business day. So I was automatically locked out of my locker that I have a pre-authorized payment set up for. This is completely ridiculous and extremely frustrating being locked out of my personal belongings when I have a payment plan setup. This issues needs to be resolved for the premium that it costs for these units.It is a very clean and safe facility but there is no excuses to lock out paying customers

My wife I and first rented one unit and a year after rented a second. The facility is amazing and cleaner than our living room...seriously it is immaculate! The best feature though is the easy access to your bin location with both ramps and a loading dock. The security is top notch as well. We would highly recommend CityBox to anyone looking for extra storage!

I needed a small storage unit that I could access during evenings and weekend. Art, Nancy and the Citybox team delivered. Their 11 Ave facility is centrally located, modern and clean. No keys or combos... access works via a smartphone app. Super simple, and the price is right. Recommend highly.
