He was able to fully repair everything quickly, including correcting some unexpected issues due to poor installation done by a previous homeowner. Make Robert your first and only call!A cable broke on our door and Robert was at my place within an hour of the call!I called a couple other bigger companies before I called Robert: one I waited on the line for 10 minutes with no answer and the other quoted a service call fee even though they knew what the problem was.Robert answered on the first ring! He is so knowledgeable and has excellent craftsmanship.He ended up replacing the springs as well since it was likely the cause of the cable breaking. He didn't complete any of the work without getting our approval and answering any questions we had.He went above and beyond. Our garage was horribly loud when it was opening/closing and we thought it was because of the chain system, but Robert noticed it wasn't installed properly on one side and fixed it so now it is substantially quieter.Now a days it is hard to find excellent customer service and Robert exemplified this. We are so happy with the work he completed. I highly recommend his work and will be referring him to my family and friends every chance I get.
