I still am trying to shake my anger over my interaction with 4 cats yesterday. The funny thing is that I actually do like the 4 cats classes and my kids liked them too - my older son has been to 4 cats, my younger son has been to classes, we’ve been to family workshops at 4 cats, and I would have otherwise sent my daughter to classes as she grew up. Not only that, I’ve recruited many friends over the years to attend 4 cats classes with my kids... so having such a negative interaction with them surprised me (until I discovered that others have had the same experience).A neighbour told me that her daughter, who is 3, attends the afternoon 4 cats classes and loves them – she told me I should sign up. She did warn me that the posted minimum age limit for the classes is 5 years, but that her 3-year-old attends the classes with kids her age and loves it, and that they don’t seem to care about the posted age limit. So, based on her recommendation, I signed up my kids for a few days of classes. Where it asked for their ages I filled in their ages, dispite their ages not being 5, the registration and payments were accepted. The next morning they told me that my kids are too young to attend the classes. I asked about my friend’s daughter who is even younger than my kids, they told me that she was an exception because she'd been to many classes. OK I said, sure no problem, no big deal if my kids can't attend the classes - just refund the card on file and call it a day. You can request a refund through the chat bot" they said. So then I used the online "chat bot" to request a refund. Nope
