DeSerres is definitely my favorite art supply store. Excellent customer service. Staff are helpful and friendly. They got plenty of drawing, painting and crafting supplies. I can find everything I need.

It’s not a bad arts and crafts store but the online selection they have is obviously much much bigger than the selection in store. Service was not bad, but you have to ask for help. It’s convenient that they have several locations in the GTA.

I always have a pleasant shopping experience at DeSerres.The management and staff are not only friendly but helpful in guiding me with whatever art project I am working on. The variety of supplies to choose from is amazing. Making it my one stop shop for art supplies!

One of the few art stores around left. Great interior design, lots of items for art, crafts, and even toys. I really enjoy going here.One downside is that the points on your Deserres card expires which I am not a fan of. Not a fault of this location but not something I am a fan of.

Last Monday I made my first visit for art supplies and received one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had from Ming. Ming was very courteous, friendly, and approachable, and ensured I found all that I needed. I felt really welcomed and taken care of, and it made such a great first impression. I definitely look forward to shopping here again!
