My daughter, now 17, and I, have had chiropractic care for over 12 years. Dr. Arbez has been our chiropractor for the past 5 years and we appreciate him for his kind and welcoming manner. I went to Dr.Arbez for my shoulder that was bothering me from using a machine at work all day. I was a little worried as I had never been to a chiropractor before, however, Dr.Arbez is very personable and very professional. After only a few treatments and some home stretches I found my shoulder no longer bothered me. I'm so happy with the service and results, I would highly recommend his clinic to anyone.

Had back and sciatic pain for over 5 years. My then family doctor wanted to have me injected with steroids to solve the sciatica. Met Doctor Arbez. He fixed me within a few sessions. Thought it would be a short term fix. The issue never returned. It has been about 2 years. Awesome only begins to describe the relief and experience.

I moved to Nanaimo from Calgary 6 mos. ago & was concerned because I had a fabulous 'Network' Chiropractor (Chiropractor that uses more holistic than bone cracking) there, but in searching the internet I found a couple right here in Nanaimo -- THANK GOD ! I checked them both out and Dr. Miguel was the one I chose. He is true to Network Chiropractic... his method and moves are gentle & unassuming.... but totally EFFECTIVE !I have done the regular chiro and I can say without a doubt THIS is better and helps my body to be in integrity & good health for longer periods of time... often my challenges have totally cleared up - but I come every month for maintenance and when I push it & have a 'flare up' - I know I can count on Dr. Miguel and any Network Chiropractor in any city in the world... (if you're in Calgary.. Dr. Rob Clarke is fabulous too)
