Buy 'n' Sell

I attended on October 23, 2015 after calling to check out their store. Both on the phone and in person, the gentlemen were professional, direct and answered all my questions.They use a Federal Government certified/tested scale, I was able to verify all weights and there was a detailed description of each item I wanted to sell.The prices were fair and above what I would have received in Guelph. I therefore sold my items at this place. It was worth the drive.I highly recommend this place and I will definitely sell items again through them. I didn't have any complaints and their customer service was totally awesome which seems to be rare these days at many service places.

I have never been satisfied with any purchase from this store. They do not check if they're games work before putting them on the shelves. Their prices are usually way above a normal price and their customer service is bad. Nobody actually knows a thing about the product and they are great at making excuses. They will definitely do what it takes to get the sale... minus test any of their games. The fact is, the games I got didn’t work from the get go... twice. And they were both $50 Mario party games for gamcube. So I’m just saying, the proof is in the pudding, and there’s no denying it, whether or not they refunded me, still an example of bad service

Buy-n-sell has been one of my favorite gaming stores since my first visit this summer. They have got a wide variety of games for almost any platform you might be looking for. The pricing is fair and on par with the market and most console games can be bought buy 2 get one free. Buy-n-sell also offers a wide variety of guitars ranging from 100$ acoustics to 1000$ Gibson electrics. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good pricing and a diverse stock.

Great variety of games and systems, excellent prices! The guys working there are really nice and super helpful and they know what they're talking about! I definitely recommend stopping in if you're looking to add to your game collection.They also have a good selection of TVs, audio equipment and instruments!

Very friendly people working there, very helpful. I was especially impressed how clean and professional the business looks, it's incredibly well organized and there is a good deal of nice product for sale. They also explained how they price the things they purchase so you know they're not just ripping you off. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking to buy or sell second hand goods.

I have been shopping at this store for a few years now and I have never had a negative encounter with either staff, prices, warranties, products, whether new or used. I have purchased three guitars over the years, two for myself (Godin Electric / Classical, Cort 12 String Acoustic) and one I negotiated for a friend (Epiphone Les Paul Studio Limited Edition). They are willing to negotiate and on all three guitars, I was able to haggle the price... I have also purchased, patch cables, PS3 games, Blue-Ray movies, guitar strings, a Wii console and more. Every encounter I have had at this store, has been a positive one, and I still do not know anyone by name. Bottom line, I truly hope that they are able to recover from the Covid-19 shut-down. Like many smaller businesses, these past two months has been brutal. Fingers crossed, they bounce back and I will be shopping there for years to come...

Awesome customer service. I bought a violin from them, and I had to come back because I didn't know how to tune it. They helped me to tune the instrument and provided me with all instructions on how to use it.I will recommend this store for any used products. Reasonable price and great customer service ! Thanks guys

Employees always seem eager to help. One time I gawked at a synth and two clerks even looked it up on the internet for me to read its specs and worth. I felt bad not buying it, but I was distracted by another electronic gizmo elsewhere. Still, I've bought other things from here...a drum machine for instance, that worked and was a reasonable price. I would put 5 stars for a review, if they only had more stock...the store seems to be predominantly video games and peripherals for 'em.

Bought some Christmas/birthday gifts here and they clearly care about what they sell. I bought a Wii, fit board, and a ps2 with a game and they were all cleaned up in good condition, with warranty, and pricing that matched or was better than what people wanted on eBay. I would definitely go back if I was in the market for refurbished electronics or musical instruments.

Fantastic store! Stumbled upon it yesterday while visiting Kitchener and was pleasantly surprised with the great selection and customer service. Unlike other places I’ve shopped at for retro games, this place is well organized and super clean. All the games are well taken care of and in overall great condition. Even though it’s over an hour away for me, I can’t wait to go back! Totally worth the drive. See you guys soon :)
