From the momment I walked in it was a nightmare. I suffer from alot of emotional issues and i left more hopeless. In fact, since this appointment, I haven't been the same since, and its been almost 3-4 months. Never been so berated, belitted you name it in an hour. I left in tears. I walked into this clinic with documentation proving I had an endocrine issue from a naturopathic doctor lab reports and i wanted to see a doctor to see if there was something more than herbs that could help, perhaps get a better hold of my hypothryoidism but instead i was told it was basically my fault and everyday i can take one step at a time and walking a block will help me. I just wanted to go deeper into conditions I already knew I had but instead they were discredited and i left hopeless. Hell, i can't even write this review properly. I have since then contemplated what is even my purpose in life or the point anymore. cause according to this doctor, ill maybe get better, miracles happen i might want to decide to have a spark. Lab tests, physical symptoms don't mean anything to this place your just discredited. I am now so lost and confused, absolutely hands down the worst thing I could ahve done for my mental and emotional health, ive been left devesated ever since, and I was going in thinking this would be a life saving experience, they might do some more specific testing that normal family doctors don't do and get full answers and course of treatment. & also that i wouldn't have to pay a naturopathic doctor thousands to do these tests on my own accord and be treated like a person with respect. I dunno, worst experience ever. Don't go, beg for somewhere else, anywhere else

I was referred to Dr. Bikram Sidhu. As soon as he walked into the room and spoke I could tell he was interested in my health. After years of dealing with an electrolyte inbalance he went through my files and was able to diagnose my issue. We talked for quite awhile explaining everything. I feel so blessed to have a doctor finally knew what was going on. I was sent for blood work and am waiting on a CT scan. Today I'm not feeling well. I phoned the office to tell them, dr, Sidhu called me back and advised me what to do.The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.Thank you Dr Sidhu and staff.

Excellent Service.Doing a great job to improve the health of Diabetic patients.Very friendly and cooperative staff.Drs are very knowledgeable and professional.Very satisfied with the services that we are getting from this location.Hopefully they will keep the same passion for coming years.

Dra Wong was my Endocrinologist in this clinic. She was very nice and never missed a phone appointment. She was taking time to answer all my questions about my health issues. Great doctor, highly recommended.

Dr. Olateju is amazing!!! I have been trying to get other doctors to listen to my son for years. She took a thorough history, which led her to test for things no other Doc thought of. She was so considerate of my son's anxiety and she took time to explain everything. We finally have answers and a plan!And the reception and nurses are so kind and remember your face by the second visit!

I was in this clinic the other day and certain staff were not speaking English, it made me feel very uncomfortable and some of the other staff looked just as uncomfortable. I have no problem with speaking another language, but when you are speaking a d laughing in front of people who do not speak the language. They were looking at me and laughing amongst themselves and it felt as though they were speaking ill of me. Was a horrible feeling! I do not find this acceptable!

A patient in our family goes everytime in this place. Doctors here know what they are doing and are very professional. I would be a by-stander carrying a book and would observe on occasions a pattern for those people behind the counter that interact with the customers. Discrimination aside, the Asians here are very helpful, friendly, customer-service oriented, patient, basically an epitome of an ideal Receptionist. You get a sense that they love their job.On the other aspect, a few or some Receptionist here needed to undergo a 2-Day Customer Service Training, Big time. Questions that pop-up inside one's mind: Do they love their job? Are they numb or do they notice a figure or creature in front of them standing? Is it suppose to be her job to entertain this fellow oh no why does she pretends to fiddle in the computer and let this other busy girl do all the tasks? Is she in the right place? ...to highlight a few. I'm not affiliated with this place right now or in the past

Don't Go Here!!! We were referred here for my son. Waste of time...from the first appointment to the second appointment 6 weeks later. Nothing was resolved and the doctor did absolutely nothing to help us. We also decided to get some more tests done and what he said was totally wrong!! We could have be working on a resolution and helping my son. All this did was delay it more!!Will not be returning here ever!!! Wish I could give no star!!!

Dr. Olateju is God sent. When the doctor said I had hyperthyroidism last year, I had no idea what it meant. My family doctor then refered me to Dr. Olateju (the endocrinologist). She sat with me, educated me on hyperthyroidism, and discussed different treatment options with me based on my long-term health and life goals. It was a rough season but through her expertise, dedication to her clients, and extensive knowledge about thyroid issues, she was able to provide the necessary support and treatment plan for me.

I was referred to this clinic by a great doctor so my hopes were high. Called and was told they’d call me with appointment. No timeline. Called again two months later. No timeline. Only that I was in a line. Called again, SIX MONTHS after my referral. Got an appointment for a few days later. Via video. The call lasted approx. 10 minutes. Zero information was given regarding my endocrine issues, no questions were asked, didn’t go over latest blood work. Zero. I was told to “eat better” without ever asking what I eat. Absolutely shameful. I waited that long for NOTHING. Zero explanation of anything. I cried for an hour after my appointment. This is not care, especially not in Canada. I truly expect better.
