Real Canadian Superstore Westwinds Drive

I would give zero stars if I could , this superstore has become a very horrible store to shop in . Customer service is horrible, nobody helps you .this store is very racist towards anyone that is not of race . A few weeks ago I was scanning my food and a young Muslim women literally stood over me making sure I was scanning my food properly but yet the guy beside me left without paying for his food , I finally grabbed my items and put it back in my cart and moved on to a wonderful lady that scanned them for me . Today I was there and I grabbed a bag of soil and on the sign it said regular price $10.00 but on sale for $4.94 , I stood at the self check out for over 30 minutes while running back and forth taking pictures of the code and pallets and they pretty much told me pay the price it scans as.This superstore is completely disorganized, rude staff ( except for a few that actually care , thank goodness for jamie that was outside today when I was dealing with this ridiculously she finally got the right price in the system.When your trying to communicate with someone that is scanning your food but they will not even speak to you but then they speak in their language to another coworker is completely rude and should not happen. .Thus place has become a huge disaster

I visited this palace multiple times during the week and found less deal onClothes mostly on mens clothes,electronics than wallmart

Customer service is constantly worse in class. Dollarama in Temple is better than this store. I always try my best to avoid human interactions here, but sometimes it's just unavoidable. Customer Service and Cashiers are generally rude and uncomfortable to talk with. Finding help in aisles is a luxury.

This Superstore parking lot is disgusting. People don't seem to care where they throw their garbage and it doesn't get cleaned up. I have shopped here on a regular basis because it's the closest to where I live but it's awful. People: Do better. Superstore Owners: Do better.

Great Place to buy some stuff. Few items are expensive due to inflation. Overall, nice and clean environment. Fruit is always fresh. Shelves are always stocked properly. The staff is very nice and helpful. Washrooms are very clean all the time. Big parking no problem with the carts several carts available.

Great store minutes from the train station. Lots of food, cloths and more. Also like to stop and see that they have for seafood.

Holy Cow what the heck happened to this store. I went out of my way to go back to this location after I had a very pleasant experience quite a few months ago. I was greeted with absolutely zero carts in the store cart area. I went to the 2 corrals closest to the store and found nothing. Got lucky with the third location where I found 2 carts and 3 people playing musical carts. Sorry for the odd fellow out. There was however a multitude of carts at the corral furthest away. Upon entering and shopping throughout the store, the only department that looked up to a shoppable area was the meat department. We finished our shop very early as we had a long list that was only satisfied by about 5 items that we bought. Waited in line for about 20 minutes as the express lane was closed, and although I usually boycott the automatic tills, I would have gone through them today if the lineup wasn't huge there as well. During our shop I should also mention that there was not one announcement for a cart pickup, and there was still ZERO CARTS IN THE STORE UPON EXIT.

Decent prices and selection. I wish there were more points on all the items, though! Points on things like diapers and pet supplies would be great (like 5000+ points) since diapers and pet food are a hot commodity, pricey, and sold lots.I like to shop there at times I know my *favorite* cashiers will be working. I usually have to bring my children with me and get distracted easily while packing up my groceries, and some of the cashiers make me feel rushed and push the customers behind me through quite quickly.
