Vitality Massage and Facial Spa

Had a great experience at Vitality! I felt very welcomed - the staff are very friendly, and the spa is well maintained & clean. The knowledgeable RMT gave me a great deep tissue massage and also recommended several stretches I can easily do at home to target some of my problem areas.

It was my first time at Vitality Massage and Facial Spa and my experience was awesome and fantastic. The service was excellent like 11 out of 10. The spa looks luxurious, organized and neat. They have a complimentary drinks for their customers. Joanne was an excellent massage therapist and the receptionist, Roxanne was very welcoming. The staffs are very professional in dealing with their clients and they value each customers so much. I recommend this spa and you must try to come here for a great and wonderful experience. One of the best massage place in Newmarket I’ve ever seen. They are open on Sundays which is great!

Amazing spa with professional service and great amenities! As soon as we entered the spa the staff were very welcoming and explained the treatment thoroughly. It is clean, modern, and has a relaxed atmosphere. I got the facial which included a massage at the beginning too and was very refreshing. The entire visit was wonderful and I look forward to coming back!

As a full time student and part time PSW, my back/body has taken quite a load, and I don’t have much time to pamper myself as much as I’d like. However, I noticed this spa had just opened up in the neighbourhood and decided to give it a try. When I walked in, the receptionist welcomed me to a drink at their self-serve beverage station. The waiting area was clean and modern with marble tiles, gold accents, and I found the pristine design to be consistent throughout the spa. I had a 45-minute aroma body massage done by the owner, who used just the right amount of strength I liked with minimal adjustments that I asked for, which she knew how to handle right away. I agreed when asked if I wanted my bed heated, and it really made the experience impeccable. She was a knowledgeableRMT who answered all my questions and responded to my chattiness quite well by asking me questions back and generally putting me at ease throughout the session. It was a much needed massage, and my back immediately felt less tight and sore. They were also able to bill directly to my insurance. I booked another appointment for a chemical peel treatment on my facial acne, which my insurance won’t cover but I’m looking forward to returning to this place. Wonderful service all around.

I was referred by a co-worker here to try their massage. The place is very clean and give you the confident that the owner/manager care about hygiene, envirnoment was relaxing. The massage was actually really good, the masseur was friendly and professional. Will be back as well refer to our other co-worker.

The massage and facial are great! Have been to the spa for a couple of months. All the staff are wonderful!
