I cannot recommend Gentek Windows. We've had Gentek Windows installed since September of 2021. We noticed that our sliders have a gap in them at the top. Gentek swears it's not a manufacturing defect but refuses to work with our contractor on the issue. Gentek will not return our contractors phone calls at this point.I recommend you work with Pella or Northstar if you're in Ontario!

Very good place but please get your Mercedes driving marijuana dealer out of there that is something that doesn't look good on any company in the stuff is legal we all know this we don't need our Windows built by people who do criminal activity are ready that just means they're either too stoned to do their job or they're going to cut corners on your product it's not a good look for your company London Ontario your plant needs to wake up have accidents when you have people doing these things

When I hung up the phone today after my interaction with the saleswoman at gentek I thought to myself I never want to have to speak that person again. This should be concerning for management as this individual is inevitably costing you money due to her ability to almost instantly offend your clients. I would recommend you move this individual to a position where contact with the public does not occur. The warehouse staff are friendly and the products are good so a change in the attitude of your order taker is all it would take to make this company great. I would be happy do discuss further with management so feel free to respond.
