Holiday Inn & Suites Osoyoos, an IHG Hotel
We had a beautiful lakeside king suite room that we loved! We made good use of the balcony in the 30°C weather as it was always in the shade. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable! It was amazingly quiet at night despite being next to a highway! Only minor drawback in the room was the lack of space to put anything in the bathroom. Gundeep at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating!The breakfast at the in house Restaurant Sol was excellent both times we ate there. The service was also excellent. We were a bit disappointed in the evening menu as it was completely not what was shown online. They’d probably have more business should they up the scale of dining choices and give the place more ambiance.I would recommend to friends to stay here.

Holiday Inn & Suites Osoyoos, an IHG Hotel
Very expensive for the quality. The first room I was put into was not clean and I had to move after discovering how dirty it was. The bed was very comfortable. Ice machine signs were on the walls but the only one in the hotel is up on the fourth floor and it was barely working, had to go from the first floor up twice to get miniscule amounts. The restaurant was ok, also very expensive for the quality. The check in/out staff were nice. It's just run down and clear that management isn't taking care of it they way they definitely should, for the price of rooms (over $600 for 2 nights with the pet fee).

Holiday Inn & Suites Osoyoos, an IHG Hotel
Rooms are excellent, furniture is up to date, clean, no bad smells at all. Housekeeping was a little slow. Or maybe I returned to my room too soon. They seem slow but making room spotless. There is a bit distance to the main street shops, it is a downside. But the hotel is located at the beach, which is excellent only in the summer. So, in the summer, I would agree with the price, but for April, I think it is overpriced.

Very friendly staff. Was up graded but the room was very noisy, i had to tell them to be quiet several times. The room was tired and could be cleaner. The towels were thread bare rather low rent, something you would see at a motel along the highway!The restaurant food was over priced for what you got. Chicken was to salty, no veg and to much packaging.
