One of my favorite place in the townships. Great food. Always a few vegetarian options and always fresh food (mostly from their own garden during the summer). Good place for music too, but reserve in advance because tickets sell out fast. Always an awesome, warm welcome by the owners.

Delicious sausages with salade and limonade for only 13$ per person tip included! Nice and cozy place. Not the cleanest restaurant thought! The terrace was nice but I wouldn't eat inside for example. It was not very organized.

The food is SIMPLY delicious. I had the pork hamburger and my girlfriend a magnificent Salad. I strongly recommend this place, it's owned by 2 young people. Located in Frelishburg

Nice place in the beautiful village, with a good coffee and food, but the staff was really cold with us. I dont know if it was because of us as tourists (so strangers in the cillage) or because our child is autistic and he had his own food with him (and we didn't buy the food there)? But we didn't feel very welcome there.

Laidback café with a nice terrace at the back overlooking the greenery. Food menu with a number of basics and variations around the beet, all very tasty and well-executed, only regret is that portions could be a bit bigger. Very pleasant service. Good selection of beers.

We were recommended to try this place by someone who lives in the eastern townships so we were very excited to dine here. We had an early dinner for my husband’s birthday. It’s super rustic with a farm to table concept. The food was very fresh and tasty. Drinks were good. We could see the farms with the produce growing, from the terrace where we were seated. Service was professional.

Cool, hippie chic brewpub in an old house. It fits like a glove in picturesque Frelishburg. Seems to double as a concert space too. Small menu of locally sourced food (I even saw the waitress head outside and come back with lettuce from the garden). We had the nachos with marinated beets (they seem to really love beets, it's in everything), it was delicious.They had a few house brews, we enjoyed the pilsner and session IPA, and the black velvet, made with their stout and a local cider, was excellent. They offered growlers and cans to go.Service was typical quirky but friendly. The waitress threw us a little shade for asking for extra napkins (she thought one napkin for 3 people was enough) but we laughed it off.Glad we checked them out.
