Dr. Ross is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. You can tell she listens to your concerns, never dismissing anything you say. She seems to genuinely care about her patients.She carefully examines my symptoms and takes the time to review the available medications, checking all the ingredients to find the best match for my needs. And she ensures that I receive all the necessary referrals and lab work.If you're searching for a doctor who truly cares and listens attentively, I recommend Dr. Ross.From my experience, the entire staff at the clinic has been fantastic, and you'll rarely have to wait for your appointment. The place is small and doesn't look like anything special, but the staff create an environment where you feel valued and well taken care of.The only downside is that it's sometimes hard to reach them by phone. I recommend calling in the afternoons.

The receptionist and doctors do not care about you. I have always struggled to get a Dr Appointment. If you DO get an appointment do not miss the phone call or else you will have to completely re book (even if the next available is weeks away, and you are out of meds).

The level of professional care they provide is absolutely top-notch, and they truly make sure you feel comfortable and cared for.The receptionist lady Lisa, was incredibly patient, efficient, and well-organized. She went above and beyond to help me book appointments, provide medical documents, and arrange all of my requests.Dr. Ross is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. I felt like she is a guardian angel rather than just a doctor. Dr. Ross provided detailed information, referred me to specialists when needed, and listened to all of my concerns. I really wanted to give this place a good review as it is the only walk-in clinic in my area that ever has any availability. Unfortunately, the front desk staff have proven quite incompetent during my experience with them. I called to book an appointment and was provided with a 10:00 am appointment time the next day. When I arrived I was told when there was nobody by my name in their schedule. I think the receptionist recognized my voice and realized her mistake so she squeezed me in. Mistakes happen so I let it go. During my visit with the doctor she speculated I may have pneumonia and let me know I would get a call from the x ray clinic within the next 48 hours. 3 days pass by and I call the clinic as well as the x-ray clinic to follow up to which they responded that they never received a requisition from the clinic. This kind of delay can be dangerous especially if a patients symptoms are worsening while they're waiting for something that hasn't even been done yet. Felt I should share so others are aware of the need to follow up with the front desk staff if you do decide to visit.

In the past I have had great experiences here and always recommended it to my friends.However the last few interactions have been extremely bad. There is new receptionists that take down wrong information which means appointments are booked incorrectly and then appointments are missed. They ask inappropriate questions when booking the appointment. I've been trying to get a letter signed so I can be paid by my insurance for leave after surgery and can't get through to anyone.Strongly suggest going to another clinic I can't believe how much this has changed in the last 6months.

I would give 5 stars for great experience currently, only because of doctor Elizabeth, she is the best, she tries to understand the issue, checks thoroughly before suggesting and gives the best recommendation whereas previously I was seeing doctor Louwrens, I have visited him couple of times, he never checked that much and the health issues I had did not get better at all.

My family doctor is always being five stars for a years. Wherever he moves I follow my doctor.However, Georgia medical Clinic receptionist are super friendly and nice but asking too much detail for the appointment -it's unnecessary and making me uncomfortable.I kept repeating I need to follow up with my symptom I've been dealing with since last year

Great doctors but the front receptionists ask why too many personal questions of why/need to see a doctor. I don't feel comfortable discussing my private medical conditions with front desk staff, they will even try to ask follow-up questions kind of to diagnose if you should even come in.This type of behaviour should not be tolerated and I hope someone looks into this.Your job is to book an appointment not to determine why I need to come in.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I highly do not recommend anybody to visit Clinic part( Not Pharmacy part, they are really friendly). Firstly, they are Walk-In Clinic" but they do not accept walk-in. They never try to take care of you and say go another clinic. They mostly try not to give you an appointment
