Aqua Nails & Spa

I am a person who regularly every three weeks get my nails done . This place was just one of the reasons why I will never settle for a “cheaper” salon. Today I decided to go to aqua nails since it was around the area and closer than my other salon . Let’s start off with the person doing my nails, as I sat there for 1 1/2 hours watched her answer calls with such disrespect INFRONT of customers. Along with the way she was speaking and handling my nails …. Honestly never again . As I read on another review saying a lady needs to learn customer service I 100% agree . This salon needs some touching up . Respectfully .

Terrible experience. Very rough “massage” done on arms. One worker, did not get her name, needs to learn some customer service skills. Will not go back to this nail salon ever again due to that one worker and how she was with the customers.

I've gotten pedicures at a few places in Guelph. They never last as long as when I go to Aqua. My nails never chip and always look great. For the price you can't go wrong!

I went to the salon today with a gift certificate I received on Mothers Day. I had a dip manicure for the first time. I love the dip and will definitely have it done again. I was disappointed because my cuticles were not trimmed and no moisturizer used afterward. I thought that was part of the service you pay for. Thanks for responding but I've never paid extra when getting a manicure for my cuticles to be cleaned up. I did pay 40.00 and gave a $10 tip. I wl not be returning to your salon.00

I booked last minute New years, me my daughter and my cousin, We were the last appointments of 2022! I want to let everyone know, how I, we were treated above and beyond Fabulous! They did not rush, took their time with everyone of us, and tge other ladies before us. Was our 1st visit here. I feel bad I did not get everyone names, but I know Julia, and Thien(male) were extremely attentive to all aspects of our nails appts. The cleaning of cuticles, the shape color, massage, beautiful experience. Yhave done an amazing job! The hot towel service, cleanliness, welcoming fun environment. Thank you to All of you there. I showed up for my appointment at 920am. The workers showed up at 945am. So the guy started my pedicure. By the time the lady got to my feet (she started with my basic mani while my feet soaked), my feet were cold and waterlogged. They were very sociable with each other, but not very interactive with me or my father-in-law. Price was cheap. Can't verify if the tools and foot soaker were cleaned between clients. My nails weren't evenly clipped or cleaned under the nail beds. But it was a nice day out with my Pops.

Very bad customer service and very unprofessional. If I could give no stars, I would. There are rumors of staff working there to be known as being racist. Don't waste your money and time there. Go someplace else.

I just moved back to Guelph after 10 years of going to the same salon in St Catharines. It is so stressful to find a new salon, I've been to a few in Guelph now. But none of my experiences have been as positive as my experience today at Aqua Nails & Spa. I'm really happy with the quality of my nails, I was so happy with how nice, knowledgeable and efficient the staff were. Aqua Nails & Spa is officially my new salon of choice. Thank you!
