Very helpful, friendly staff. Love the blazer I bought. Great selection of clothing in this store. I am not from Cambridge but was there for a day working. Please bring the Cleo/Ricki’s store back to the Seaway Mall in Welland. We all miss it.

Excellent customer serviceVisited Guelph store to return few items and they made a mistake. Contacted the head office by email and got a phone call from the regional manager in less than 4 hours. Went to Cambridge store since I live in cambridge and got the issue resolved right away by the manager. Extraordinary customer service
