They were so so nice and helpful! You can tell the people there love pets and are very attentive to yours and your little friend's need! They even helped me carry the things I bought for my dog to my car. Thank you so much girls for the excellent service!

Employee who says she’s the store manager is rude and forgets we are the client.She treated me like a liar in front of another customer when I said I had applied my own hand sanitizing product. She said I have to bring the bottle in and do it in front of her in the store. I brought the bottle back just to show her a d point out she can’t treat me like a 5 year old specially with other clients around.It’s not the first time she dictates orders in an unfriendly way.Keeping the rating at 3 and not lower because I’ve been enjoying the products and services there until she came along.I go somewhere else now.

The 2 Girls there were extremely rude, impolite and had a disgusting attitude while doing nothing at the cash register. I wasn’t even allowed to touch the products. The workers here are extremely disrespectful and should really learn how to treat people. I’m disappointed about this cause it’s near my house but I will definitely take a longer drive some where else. DO NOT give these people business.

Horrible service. We went there this morning and one of the 2 girls working was extremely rude and impolite. She was standing at the cash register doing nothing and messing around with her colleague and then when we asked her for help she ignores us, then we ask her again and she comes towards us yelling that she's busy" and that if we want to ask for help we need to come to the cash register. Worst employees and management ever go anywhere else but here. I would give 0 stars if I could. I was buying shampoo for my dogs and I wasn’t even allowed to touch the bottle and check the ingredients. The girls there were extremely rude.
