Had visited Dr. Ampreet for an emergency for my mother who had just landed in Canada. An extremely professional individual who's biggest quality was to first patiently listen to my mom who was extremely perplexed and then to reassure her that everything would be fine stood out to me. In addition, he also reached out to see if she was doing well was the cherry on the top for us. I would for sure recommend Dr Ampreet and 20/20 Eye Care!

I was learning how to put on contacts for the first time. Both the front desk clerks and doctor were so patient and empathetic throughout the whole process! Made me feel so comfortable and safe!

My wife was looking to try out different eye examination locations and she found 20/20 with overwhelming good reviews. Intrigued, I wanted to experience as well. We arrived 30mins late for appointment but upon arrival we were greeted by the owner warmly. He gave me a complimentary bottle of water before anything. So far his has demonstrated expert level of customer service and professionalism, he asked and answered a lot of questions. I give him, Dr Singh a 5/5 personal score.Will update my final impression when my examinations are done.Edit:We finished our eye examination and Dr Ampreet Singh was indeed very helpful and professional, he explained a couple of our optical health conditions and treatments which I appreciated. Dr.Singh is very knowledgeable, caring and a good listener with attention. Answered all my questions, which I love. Front desk staff is fantastic with a big smile. I probably asked many stupid questions and they answered all. They also helped me find a suitable frame. Appreciated.

I really like Dr. Herman and have been going to her for a few years. I had an appointment today. Her new person (male) told me Dr. Herman was not coming in. He was rude. I have asked for the doctor to call me. Wasted $$ on cab fare for no reason.Amended review. Received a call from the Manager who apologized. Apparently there is a glitch in the appointment system. New appointment has been scheduled.

I've had a fantastic experience with my optometrist, Dr. Singh and his incredible office staff. They've provided exceptional care and make me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring all my concerns are addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Singh and his outstanding staff for top notch eye care!

I had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Herman for a persistent eye issue that I have been having. And I am so glad that I finally decided to seek professional help. My family and I absolutely loved our first experience here! We found 20/20 Eye Care on Google and thought it would be worth a try after being disappointed with our previous eye clinic located in Brampton. I am glad we switched! The two staff at the reception, Margi and Navneet, were very nice and professional. They helped us with choosing frames and even offered us water, which was very nice of them on a hot summer day! Dr. Herman was extremely friendly and her genuine care made us feel very comfortable. She gave us compliments and introduced herself in a very polite way. She was smiling and laughing throughout the check up which made it so much more fun and comfortable for us! She did multiple tests and explained our results and needs very clearly. Highly recommended!
