The unprofessionalism displayed by the receptionist is completely unacceptable. It's appalling that they never apologize for their mistakes and instead shift the blame onto the patients.It's extremely concerning that they are accusing patients of not paying their bills when it seems like they are responsible for the delays and mistakes in the AR process. It's outrageous that they think it's acceptable to delay the process for months on their ends and then blame patients for their own incompetence.It just went wrong from the very beginning. If I had received a sufficient explanation as to why the AR process was delayed, along with casual apologies such as sorry for contacting you late

Always have a good experience with South Royal Dental. Dr Roston is excellent and very nice hygienist today also.

The whole experience , starting with reception to the support staff was simply exceptional. Nothing short. Dr. Roston is the best dentist I have had in 60 years. He is affable , calm , experienced, straightforward and the consummate professional. Felt he cares about me.

Dr Kim was great, but I didn't get to work with her beyond the original consultation. After they prescribed multiple cleaning sessions they managed to use up all my dental benefits. After one of these sessions, I discovered one of my tooth was chipped, and when I complained, they tried to charge me to have a dentist look at it. Not coming back. They will also try to call you and try to get you to change your appointment to fit their schedule better. Reception is clueless. When I tried to schedule an appointment to look at the chipped tooth, the reception had trouble finding my file. Avoid the hygienist!!!

Was glad I was able to get fittedIn for being so late. I was all good for me and I’m sorry I was late and hope everyone wasn’t put out of place by me. It’s alway good to talk with Dr Roston about cars.
