My Boyfriend and I are from Corner Brook and had to go to Grand Falls for an appointment that my boyfriend had to attend to. Our experience at the hotel was not so pleasant but getting ASAP taxi service made it all the worth while☺️ We would like to personally thank the owner Terry for buying us beverages at Tim Hortons...... Waited in the freezing cold calling the cab company for over a hour called even giving difent locations each time he drove past not a good company poor service and very rude

Used this cab service for the first time last night. Initially the ride was fine, but once i got to my destination i told the driver that i was going to pay with my debit card, he said they dont have debit in a condescending tone, then he said ill have to etransfer. So i handed him my phone and asked if he would be willing to be type it in then he said oh my god" in the rudest way possible. Its almost 2022

These guys agreed to work as an expediter for us when we were doing work in the area. When I left I had a package delivered that arrived late. I phoned and asked if they could forward it to me. They picked it up and then pretended they couldn't hear me on the phone and stopped answering my calls. They are thieves.

Very good service on time every time with a good fun dive

VERY disappointed with this cab company today. Was headed to the mall in GFW today and was waiting for a line of traffic to move so I could get in. I had a space to get in but my foot slipped off the gas peddle and I didn't want to take the chance. LUCKILY I didn't. The owner of this cab company pulled out of the mall parking lot DRIVING IN THE WRONG LANE to go inside and out in front of me. This is not the first time I have seen him drive wreckless and it needs to stop NOW. If I had chose to go or someone was coming there could have been a serious accident and you even had a customer in your vehicle. Like seriously give you head a shake. I'd also like to say I've never had a problem with any other drivers but this man should not be driving.
