I had an amazing experience here. The amount of detail that was provided for altering my wedding lehenga for my Indian ceremony was out of this world. It was an intricate piece of clothing that required a lot of work and I had been turned away from other shops who told me it would be too much to do. Bellevue alterations had no objections to helping me fix my dress though, and the end result was perfect

Had my wedding dress altered in only a few days. Didn't even have to try on after as it fit like a glove perfect. Amazing service

the people here are very nice and most of their work is good One alteration on a dress made from double faced fabric that required some hand stitching turned out beautiful. And for another project, Mimi copied a dress I wanted in a larger size, and this turned out wonderful. But some of the work, specifically with the making of a dress that although they measured me for came out terrible. It was too short in the arms and the hem and too tight in the waist. I didn't accept the work, and Mimi charged me for it anyway. I will never go back there.

ALL I CAN TELL EVERYONE is DO NOT GO TO BELLEVUE ALTERATIONS . THEY WOULD FIND THE WAYS TO RIPPED YOU OFF AND IF THEY DO NOT GET THEIR WAYS, THEY WILL BE SO RUDE TO YOU. It’s the worst place I’ve ever been to and the rudest people I’ve ever and deal with. I brought in 2 work vest weeks ago so that they could make it shorter and smaller for me. When the vests were done, I try them both on, they were the same as I drop them of. They charged me $77.00 for it. I told them that they are the same like before. Still so big on me and the length still the same. I lefts my vests there for them and ask them to get it done the right way. I believe it was the owner that I dealt with tells me I could pick it up on Monday. I got a call from them saying that my vests are ready to be pick up and it would cost me $66.00 more. $77.00+$66.00 for two little work vests. I called and talk to the lady this morning which I believe is the owner, she hang up on me. When I called back she hanged up on me again. What a ripoff place. They think it’s Bellevue so they have the right to ripped off people however they like. And be unprofessional and rude if they want to. If they want, I could get my lawyer involved and they could get $66.00 from him in court.

Bellevue Alterations did the work on both my daughters dresses. It was a crazy time as both of my girls were married within 15 months of each other. Mimi did a great job on both dresses and the girls looked beautiful on their special day. I have used Mimi a small handful of times and I never have a worry or question the quality of work this shop puts out.

I have had 7 suits made for me here..I`m a fit person so all my suits have to be made for me...that being said the suits she makes get more complements then my 5k Gucci suit and cost a 1/5th of the price...the details in the suits she makes are incredible!! Don`t waste your time buying a suit from a store then paying to get it altered just so you look like everyone else.The suits she makes are one of a kind and turn out way better then i ever imagined

I had my alterations done here and they were so well done!! The dress on the mannequin is when the dress was done by Anomalie and the dress in the picture with the seam is the inside and look how well it's hidden! The wedding pictures after are me at my wedding loving my dress and how well it fits. Bellevue Alterations was excellent. I was very worried about the lace, and look you can't even tell how much they had to take in! I lost some weight between the measurements and first fitting.

I've never experience such rude, condescending customer service in all of my life! I took a bridesmaids dress to Bellevue Alterations for a simple alterations - shortening the dress and shortening the straps. Unfortunately, the straps, and their ruffle detail, were shortened too much. When the straps were let out again, the ruffle detail which was previously trimmed, no longer held to the original design of the dress - the ruffle was an inch too short. When brought to the attention of the owner, I was met with the most rude attitude and told I was strange" for wanting the dress to match its original strap design and that no one looks at the back of the dress. Imagine being a bride and taking your wedding gown here only to be told no one looks at the back of your dress so their mistake shouldn't matter. If you're paying $100 for alterations

These ladies work MIRACLES. Went in with two bridesmaid dresses that needed to be made larger and somehow she made them look flawless. Time for alterations were also way more minimal than expected. Absolutely wonderful service and I can't wait to get back to get my wedding dress fitted!! Absolutely recommend for quality and timeliness.
