THEY DID A GREAT JOB BUT THE SINK WAS LEAKING BAD AFTER. I CALLED THEM IN THE MORNING THEY CAME OUT IN 10 MINUTES AN ARE FIXING THE PROBLEM VERY NICE WORKER THWNK U

I would like to thank McCarron for their extremely poor customer service and unreliability. Without that, we would never have come across Innovative Bath who have done an excellent job on our bathroom renovation. We were told in March McCarron would be able to renovate our bathroom.Two months later, I called and found that they were having difficulty finding a tub surround and were looking at another company. A month later I called to be told they were still waiting. A month later I called and asked if they could at least replace the vanity while waiting for the surround. We were told they would come the following week. At the end of that week, I called and was barked at that the fellow had been sick. They said they would be their when they caught up with their work. By end of September, we called another company, they came out the following week and as of right now, the work is nearly completed.

We had this firm renovate our bathroom. We were advised if problems found example rotted wood etc costs would increase. Well part of floor was rotted and old copper vent stack had holes in it.. Plywood floor was replaced as well as stack, plumber advised if 2nd bathroom was to occur in future best to have vent tied into main stack now and was wise to have clean out installed and replace old cast iron pipe. Bottom line excellent workmanship and knowledgeable plumber has saved us lots of money for his insight for future bathroom in basement. If you want excellent workmanship and a fair prices hire this company.

My mother has been waiting more than 2 years to have her bathroom Reno done, and it started when they broke her sink fixing a leak.This company is not the same dependable one since the son took over.Go anywhere else

If you are doing delivery there it,s sorta hard to find. You have to go around back. Come in through a public parking lot. Friendly people.

Made an apt with this company, waited all afternoon for them to show up and they never did, wasted my whole day and no call or anything, don't waste your time

Just purchased a house in Wallaceburg called because i needed to get some work done after a good look at how fair McCarron's prices were for the labor and parts to complete the job i wanted i decided to have my entire house re plumbed McCarron suggested that I hire two workers as i could get the job done in less time.I was a little hesitant as i am able to help and work too but i took his advice and I am very glad i did they completed my entire house in a day and a few hours for touch ups they were competitively priced and i found there workers to be very professional punctual and knowledgeable I truly believe they are worthy of a 5 star review its hard to find good honest reliable fair priced workers in this day in age but i am glad i called McCarron Thank You all it was a pleasure and the best compliment i could ever give you guys there is word of mouth and a well deserved review to say Thank YouIf i ever need any help again I will definitely give you guys a call

I had McCarron replace a faulty flush valve on my toilet. The young man they sent spent 15 minutes doing this job and 5 minutes talking on the phone. I was shocked when they billed me for 1 1/2 hours.=$105.00Either the young man lied to his boss or the business added the extra time.

I will never use them again, they think they no what there doing but a simple job to repace a toilet took them two days
