Wow. What horrible service. This guy is probably the most miserable person I've encountered. Clearly a huge hassle to sharpen skates. Isn't that what you're there for? The best part was throwing my change at me. Dude, find another job. You've lost your passion for the business. You're lucky my son begged me not to make a scene.

Recently ordered a pair of True custom made skates from Gino and let me tell you these are by far the best skates I've ever worn in my life, and I've been on skates over 30 years. I do have 2 very different feet, so skates off the shelf were never quite right. These skates are a dream come True! What made them even more perfect were the adjustments Gino made after the skates arrived from the factory. New holders and custom steel were the finishing touches on the perfect boots. These wheels are definitely Zuperior!!

I can’t believe the guy who is always there (Gino) is still employed there. Worst attitude and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We actually live right beside the Ford Performance Centre but we always make the ten minute drive north to Dukes just to avoid this miserable person. Avoid this guy at all cost.

Dido to what Finn said. This guy needs to take a happy pill ! He did do a decent job on the skates though.

Worst skate sharpening my sons skates have ever had. The pro shop guy had an attitude and terrible body language. Are you busy? No response. Can you sharpen these skates with 1/2 inch radius? No response. We are visiting from the states for a hockey camp. Did he prep the grinding ring? No. Did he pay attention to his craft? No. Was he watching TV and swinging my sons blades across the grinding wheel? Yes. Did he put burn Mark's into my sons ice skate blades? Yes. Take your skates up the road to a place called Dukes for nearby quality sharpening. I didnt even bother to ask for a refund. Avoid this place unless he will hack and saw at your skates next."

The hockeystickman sells refurbished stick from here and so far they are great, but the customer service at the shop was poor and the skate sharpening was terrible, I had to have them redone the next day somewhere else. Next time I will go right to the source for the sticks and avoid this shop.

This guy is a joke. His dismissive attitude and the reluctance to sharpen skates sickens me.

Tried going here on a Thursday, I had a game later this very night. Needed my skates sharpened before. The lights in the shop were off, door locked. On the door the hours say 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm. No signage on the door explaining why it’s closed early. There’s like no voicemail message either. Stuff happens, So a note in black market would’ve been sufficient for people.

Worst service, horrible sharpening...save yourself the $8 and the time
