What a great experience. We had 5 window panes replaced in our home due to broken seals. KGR was easy to deal with and great with communications. Very fair pricing. The Installers(owner)we're timely and took great care working in my home. A very positive experience.

I had two fogged windows. I am very happy that I finally found KGR that replaces the glass pane instead of the whole window. Great job! They are so clear, as if there was nothing! They responsed all my emails surprisingly quick. Two polite young men did the measurment and installation. They patiently answered all my questions. It saves me a lot of money - only a fraction of the lowest quote that I got. I don't need to take a loan for fixing two fogged panes of windows. It also leaves the styles of my windows untouched. I don't have to think of replacing the rest of panes until they fail. It means tons of savings for me. Replacing the whole window would alter the look and feel of my windows significantly, forcing me to replace all the windows eventually to keep them uniform. It would be a huge loan to take to replace all my windows. Though my windows are old, they are functioning fine and beautiful. A great burden is off my shoulders. It also did a great favour to the environment. It took only about a month from my initial email inquiry to the new glasses in place. I would have to wait till next spring to replace the whole window. I hope that more people know that there is an option to replace the glass only. Thank you so much, KGR!

Excellent service replacing 4 sealed units in 3 windows at a competitive price. Izzy arrived and did all the work in just over 90 minutes. Very polite and proficient. Would recommend KGR for your glass replacement.

They did an amazing job replacing all the front windows in our home and some were very large. They made sure nothing was damaged and no mess from beginning to end.
