This was my first visit to a Yemeni restaurant and I would have to say that I was not disappointed. The ambiance is great and the restaurant is very clean. Had the the mix lamb and chicken mandi plate (which was a huge serving) and the kibdda qolaba with roti bread. The mandi plate was great - the meat was tender and juicy and the rice is amazing - the taste reminds me a lot of biryani. One star less because of the roti - it was kind of hard not like the roti that I’m used to. I’m not sure if it is meant to like that since it is the first time I am eating Yemeni food, otherwise, everything was amazing!

Stepping into this restaurant, I was expecting a traditional sit-down experience. However, the atmosphere felt more akin to a takeaway joint, despite the presence of a dining area. The customer service left a lot to be desired - missing that warm welcome and cordial interaction typically associated with a dining experience. It felt more like a transactional exchange, which was a bit disappointing. My advice to the owner would be to invest some time and effort into refining their team’s interpersonal skills. The quality of the food you serve deserves to be complemented by excellent customer service.As for the food itself, I ordered a single lamb plate with rice. It was a rather straightforward dish with no accompanying sides, which could be a letdown for some. However, the portion of meat was generous and could comfortably satisfy one person. The food was well-cooked and served warm, much to my satisfaction. All things considered, I would rate the overall experience a solid 7 out of 10.

Excellent mandi, very authentic and almost identical to the ones you can get in Saudi Arabia. The chicken was perfectly cooked and was some of the softest I've eaten. I will never forget this experience.

This was the cleanest and most delicious Adeni food. WOW. The service was so quick, the meat was halal and SO SO tender. Then to end off our meal, the Gida (grandma/ mother) emerged from the kitchen with fresh Mamool cookies and they were the most buttery, light cookies. So delicious.

If you haven’t been here what are you doing.I have zero comments, this place does meat and food justice. I recommend this place to all my halal foodies and non-halal foodies. The chicken mandi is good, but go for the LAMB MANDI. Place is always clean, fun and quick. 9.8/10

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST YEMENI CUISINE RESTAURANTS I'VE EVER ATE. I ATE THEIR FOOD MANY TIMES, BUT YESTERDAY'S EXPERIENCE WAS DIFFERENT. THE EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 5 STARS, SINCE THEY KEEP ASKING IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE, LET THEM KNOW. SO KIND OF THEM TO ASK LIKE THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. FOOD IS ALSO 5 STARS WORTH, BECAUSE IT WAS TASTY. ATMOSPHERE WAS ALSO WORTH 5 STARS, SINCE THERE WAS NO REASON I COULD ONLY GIVE 4 STARS. I HAD THE WHOLE FOOD WITH STRAWBERRY BARBICAN. ALSO, A 500 ML WATER BOTTLE HERE IS ONLY $1 WITHOUT TAXES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESTAURANT

The food is superb here. The price for the quality and portion you get is insane. Their prices start from less than $5 for their wraps! I highly recommend the place. We loved each and every dish we ordered. Nevertheless, the chairs need to get updated.Their meat dish (SINGLE LAMB MANDI) and liver plate (KIBDDA QOLABA) was our favorite.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and it did not disappoint. The highlight of my meal was definitely the mix Mandi, which was both delicious and authentic. As someone who has enjoyed Mandi in Saudi Arabia before, I can attest to its authenticity. However, the lamb qolaba could have been a bit more seasoned, as it lacked some savoriness and could have used a bit more salt. Nonetheless, the bread was really good and made up for it. The menu is simple and straightforward, with a focus on Yemini Mandi, the restaurant's specialty. The cozy and inviting ambiance adds to the overall dining experience, making it a great option for anyone seeking an authentic Yemini meal in a comfortable setting. Great option for those seeking halal dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning.

We visited on Sunday afternoon. The place is more like takeout kind of place with around 40 covers, but very well maintained. We ordered lamb single mandi, foul monasaba, and 3 yemeni roti (sandwich). All items were very tasty and portion size was more than sufficient. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Definitely recommended!
