Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Stopped by after work to get gas and a car wash. Open sign was on. Person behind the counter was extremely rude and was swearing when I walked in because he was closing before 10pm. On top of it, punched in the wrong grade of gas. Tried to give my Range Rover regular gas when I clearly said high grade. Then had to cancel the transaction and wouldn’t let me get gas. Customer service is horrible. Will not be supporting this location again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I waited 30minutes in line for the car wash. Once I scanned my ticket, entered, and had my first spray of soap on the car, an employee suddenly stopped the machine and told me to go to the BACK of the line again, simply because he had to reset the machine. That was it. He mentioned nothing about my wasted wash ticket or that I had to waste another half an hr back in line. At this point, my car already had unwashed soap all over (chemically very abrasive and damaging to the car's clearcoat if left on). Only after he finished resetting the machine (all the while the soap was drying on my car in the sun) could I even complain the soap and wasted ticket, and another huge unfair waiting time, at which point he simply watered my car with a hose. His attitude didn't have a hint of apology, only constantly saying he didn't see the line before. He reluctantly gave an extra complimentary ticket after my continued complaint, all because he didn't seem to care or seem apologetic whatsoever. His attitude was essentially deal with it".I generally hate being the stereotypical "Karen" customer

The only Petro touchless wash without dangerous rails around this area. So my rims are safe from scratches rail style wash. It's good for a touchless, just don't expect it to get all the dirt.

I walked in to the gas station with $3 in change (dimes and quarters) because I had forgotten my wallet at home. I tried to buy a a Pringles container of chips ($1.49). employee refused to accept the change because he was too busy watching a movie on his phone. His reason for not accepting the Change was because he had too much change in his til and it was store policy to refuse too much change. My question to PETRO CANADA is what if I pumped gas and I walked in with change .. wouldn’t you have to accept it then or does that mean free gas?

Just a heads up to anyone with epilepsy/flash triggers. They recently put these lights in the car wash that may trigger a seizure… I’ve used this car wash for a few years and it was never as flashy as I found today… particularly at one point during the wash. Not sure why they added this… seems pointless but the car wash is still good.

Very nice touch less car wash. I washed my car here regularly. Nice people. They have good schemes during the year. Your car won't get scretch and washes clearly. Better thn I was expected. Air blow is nice. Your car dry up very fast. I like to wash my car again here.

The touch less carwash is preferred hands down over the brush wash in most locations.The one concern I had is that the gas cover got knocked off my vehicle somehow (not sure if it was the air dry or pressure wash that did it - picture included).When I came out of the wash, the result was no lid on my gas tank an sit was inside the drive through.The manager was kind enough to go in between other cars being washed and retrieved it. He also assisted with instruction in placing it back on my vehicle.The downside is that the cover is chipped and scratched up a bit.Take care that if your gas cover is a press-to-open type, this type of wash may do the same to you.The attendants are very helpful as they checked to see how many washes and vacuum I have on each of my cards and the staff are all quite friendly overall.

Best car wash in Markham. Need to wait as each car takes about 4 mins. You drive in, door closes and a full all around wash.

Filled up my gas and wanted to check out some snacks at the neighbours coffee store in front. Door was locked as he was filling up his mop bucket. Worker saw me and proceeded to ignore me. I thought he might be a busy so I waited. I waited about 5 minutes and he was still moping the store and he saw me many times. So I assumed he was closed so I walked back to my car.10 seconds later a customer goes up to the door and at this point it’s still locked. The worker looks at the customer and rushes back to the cashier and unlocks the door.I was like ???? So I go up to the door and it’s locked again. Worker sees me and still doesn’t unlock it for me. So I end up just leaving after filling up gas
