Appliance Wizards Toronto - Appliance Repair & Installation

I contacted the Appliance Wizards and they confirmed installation the following week. Two men showed up on time and were very professional. They installed our Dacor fridge (3 panels), Dacor rangetop, Dacor Wall oven/microwave and Dacor dishwasher. A very long day for the two men, but they didn't stop until the job was completed.

Fast and professional. Called me back after scheduling online and confirmed my appointment. Service tech was great. On time and had it fixed in no time

Ivan the technician was probably the most polite and efficient service person I have had in such a long time. Contacted me to advise what time he would be arriving…promptly identified the problem and fixed it…also pointed out another issue and fixed that as well. I highly recommend this company.

A 3-day turnaround from my first call to my washer being repaired was much faster than I would have expected, especially since that went over the weekend. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, much quicker than expected. Easy to reccomend

We had an issue with our wolf stove and dimitri diagnosed the issue (for $100) and advised that he would confirm the work required to fix the issue and along with labour costs.We followed up with him several days after his initial visit and he advised that the part was $500 plus tax and his labour cost was $450. I asked him why the labour was so high given we already gave him $100 and he couldn’t explain what was required in order to complete the actual job.I asked him how he was quoting us for labour when he couldn’t explain the repair process, and he said well that’s the cost. we ended up going with a different company and got everything completed for $400. That parts and labor! Their price was well over $1000 stay away!

I called Appliance Wizards and provided them a part number for oven hinges. Two weeks later, left a voice mail message to follow-up with no response. Continued to call from my cell with no response. Immediately called from a different number and they answered (screening calls)! Finally spoke with someone only to be told that if we didnt call you back it means we cant get the part"! What a terrible response. Extremely unprofessional and RUDE!"

Today I had my gas stove oven repaired by Ivan . He was quick to diagnosis the problem ,already had the replacement part in his van and did the work quickly. He was also extremely courteous and people friendly. As a result, I will never use another appliance repair shop other than Appliance Wizards and would specifically ask for Ivan. - Lou Salvucci

Pleasant experience, great communication, tech was so thorough and made sure over the range microwave was installed correctly. Took extra time to ensure tape created a proper seal around the ducts & duct boot. Would highly recommend their services!

I've used Appliance wizards to install washer, dryer, ovens, stove top fridge and microwave, so I can say after several months that there haven't been any issues and I'm happy that it's done. They show up on time which is also important. Overall, definitely recommend them.

I called about my broken washing machine. I’ve had ongoing id she’s and nobody had been able to fix it. Until this company. He came, he repaired everything fast and it’s been a month with no issues whatsoever which is the longest I’ve gone without a problem. Would highly recommend they know what they are doing!!
