Stopped in for a falafel mezze bowl, store was empty but I stood there for about 5 minutes while one worker was taking an order, while another worker was standing there just looking around, finally the manager or perhaps another worker came out of the back and took my order and repeated it to the worker just standing there… The bowl was a mess and they forgot the dates ( my favourite part) and the hummus. First time at this location, not sure if I’ll return to this location. That’s being said I’ve had good experiences at the down town and Windermere locations.

I have been to this location twice now, the most recent being today & I am typically there with a large group varying between about 8-20 ppl. I do believe each time what people ordered to eat & drink was enjoyed and only a couple people commented on the higher price tag. Where the low rating comes from is in customer service. We could not hear very well with all the kitchen noise & then the loud speaker near our table. They wouldn't turn the volume down for us even though, other than our group, there was only 1 other person & they were working on a laptop. They said they couldn't due to franchise rules. So our group is now looking for a new venue to have our Fri get together. So Kb&Co must be doing very very well financially to not care if a large group doesn't come back because we can't carry on a conversion do to the terrible volume of noise.

Everything here is vegan! And a lot of it is gluten free too. They have wonderful smoothies, desserts, salads and soups. Everything I get is always filling and so tasty!

My go-to stop for a tasty, nutritious lunch. I usually go with the sandwiches but today thought I’d switch it up and try a smoothie and it did not disappoint!Thanks Kaylyn for the great smoothie recommendation and for the awesome customer service!

i live in Northern Alberta and every time Im in the city, I stop at the KB&Co and want one of everything! I just feel that everything I eat is so healthy and I feel so much better after eating it.I usually leave with one of the juices or a smoothie and love the Beet Tahini Wrap. The Avocado Toast with Olive Bruchetta is amazing and once i have a healtby breakfast or lunch there, im good for the day and more inspired to ear healthy and remind myself to eat more plants! If you want to eat healthy go to KB.My other favourite I always take on the road is the cocoa bean smoothie.

Never usually have a problem when ordering take out/dine-in. But whoever was working closing shift today, completely screwed up our order. We ordered 4 items and only received 2 items, and one if the 2 was in the wrong package/size.We’ve had this same order before and never had problems. Not sure what happened this time.2x coconut b.l.t.’s1x citrus greens1x greens dressing

I seriously wish these folks would give nutritional information though, as a healthy food option you have absolutely no idea how good it is for you and how it checks boxes off for your dietFood was served pretty quick and the salad I got was really good, healthy mix and flavour was awesome, fresh vegetables.The smoothie I got was called mint chocolate chip and didn't taste like that at all, I didn't want to taste a really sweet spot on comparison but it just was not close to what was advertised.
