*update*Doctor had to call and requests the X-ray results due to this place not sending them.Only place I have ever been that won’t check you in until exactly 15 minutes before your appt. Only gave them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Next time I will go to insight since they take any requisition and actually care about their patients. Can’t wait to see if doctor won’t get ultrasound results until 7 days after as well.Went for an X-ray to see if my foot is fractured. Got told it takes 2-3 business days. I went on a Thursday doctor might have results Monday or Tuesday! No where else have I been told business days for a doctor to get X-ray results. Also have to wait over a week to get the ultrasound that was needed with the X-ray performed. If you need anything done semi urgently and your doctor sends you here go to the hospital instead and save yourself the headache.

Reception did not acknowledge my mother and I when we walked in. They did not even look at us or tell us to take a seat. They merely told us they where busy and would be with us shortly. After taking a seat they forgot about us altogether. I had to ask the reception again. After asking reception again they said they where free and one of the receptionists apologied for not helping us sooner. One receptionist argued the situation. They then asked me to wait outside the center until my mother was served If she did not need assistance. I got very upset at this point as I was in that office for almost 10 mins until any of this was discussed. We respect how busy it could get and respect having to be outside the building if I am not there for myself. When entering a professional establishment acknowledging the people walking in is essential to costumer service. Also provides fluent directions to get the service you need. It helps everyone. If you are to busy to acknowledge the people whom are walking in then this is an issue with the reception not respecting there position and authority. Costumer service is essential in all areas of public health and professional establishments.RegardsLoving Son.

This place missed a huge diagnosis of complete placenta previa… it had to go 12 weeks undiagnosed until my next ultrasound at a completely different clinic, I’m so thankful nothing happened to my baby in those 12 weeks!! Ladies do not trust this place with your babies, too dangerous!!!

Had the unfortunate need of an E, S &D and had it done at CDC NorthTown. The experience itself was fine: facility was clean, front staff was very friendly, male technologist was very professional and knowledgeable! The attending radiologist was a different story. I found him to be very rude from the start. He did not even show enough courtesy to introduce himself to me the patient! I found that to be very very rude!

Staff treated me exceptionally well. Starting with the lovely receptionist to all the techs I seen that day. As a breast cancer fighter ( 2021) this was very important to me to have caring and understanding staff members that gave me much needed support. ❤ The didn't even mind my son helping out since I am wheel chair bound. They treated him with respect and even seemed happy he was there to help them with me. We both were extremely pleased at the professional service and personal care they all took during my visit.

Here's the thing I tried this location 3 times. 2 outta 3 were horrible painful experiences. Look no one should leave an ultrasound with bruising. Now I can take pain believe me, but I've literally white knuckled 2 appointments. Now I wasn't perfect with water the last time drank 2 710ml gatorades which didn't help. However from my pubic bone to navel I am in agony and lower pelvic to pubic bone I am purple. This should never happen... luckily I'm not a tiny girl and I have only brusing and yes I will be calling to speak with someone. On the flip side your male tech is a gem.

Wonderful experience!!! It was my first time going to this clinic. I was having an ultrasound done on my shoulder plus a shoulder arthrogram test. The staff, employees, technicians and doctors were friendly, professional and courteous. It was also a very welcoming and positive environment. I highly recommend going to the North Town Canada Diagnostic Centre! 5 stars indeed :)
