My phone was lost and luckily I had a good Samaritan end up returning it to me yesterday morning, by this time I had already disconnected my service anyways I ended up having to replace my old sim card with a new one, this is where the shenanigans began somehow my lock screen code had been either totally changed or something along those lines and even though I went to the very Telus branch the my Samsung Galaxy S 10E, they totally gave me the worst runaround. Turns out after having to wait 1 and a half hours twice and both times and was cut off as soon as I was connected to customer service, not only did I not have my phone the day before yesterday, yesterday and today until just after 12:00 P.m. today!!!! Finally I have my phone back up and running again so beware of the Telus guys

Had a terrible time trying to get my iphone repaired somewhere else before coming to telus this afternoon. The two guys working at telus today though went above and beyond to get my account settings (find my iphone") sorted out so that my broken phone could get sent away for applecare repair. They even gave me a loaner while I wait! Thank you :)"

I have purchased my personal and work phones from this store and the staff have always been very friendly and knowledgable. I had a new iPhone that malfunctioned and the team here helped process the repair and communicated with me at every step.

My partner is with Telus. We spend time in the UK, and she has a UK contract. But keeps her Canadian phone on for family emergencies etc, with phone data turned off. IDK why, but the data roaming switch isn't there in settings (is this a Telus thing?). Three times now she's been charged for easy roam"

Fantastic customer service. Can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful they were when I lost my phone and had to get a replacement.

If there was a way of giving them 0 or even negative rating, I would have happily done that. I was always told by friends & family to stay away from Telus which I always did until this time I saw a sweet deal online and I decided to check them out and I went through hell. I placed an order online but never heard back from Telus so after waiting for a few days, I decided to call them and they said they had some issues with my address on my profile. Now here’s the fun part, I talked to 3 people to fix this issue, and all these people put me on long holds and then hung up on me. Finally this girl Nancy was nice enough to fix the issue and arrange a visit to the Telus store in Tillicum Mall in Victoria, BC where JENN would hold the phone I wanted for me. Since it was snowing in Victoria and I live in Sidney, I had to take an hour long bus from Sidney to Victoria after I finished the call with Nancy and as soon as I reaced the store, JENN shows me the phone and says I should have come in earlier as there is not enough time left for her to help me. There was still an hour to go before the store closed but she didn’t even try to help me. I felt so embarrassed that I left right away and cancelled my order over the phone. I have managed various retail stores and government client facing offices and the first rule of being a CSR is to help the customer standing in front of you even if there’s only 5 minutes left before closing time and in my case there was a complete hour left. This is the worst experience I have had with a telecom company, I would never recommend Telus to anyone. Very bad customer service.

Dylan at Telus in Tillicum mall (Victoria, BC) was extremely helpful and very friendly. I needed a new phone, and came in to see what deals they had on. I have a cooperate code from work with Telus, and Shawn helped me find the best deal after exploring for a little while. The whole process was super smooth and easy. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He really left all the options for upgrades on me, and did not push anything on me, which I appreciated. The syncing of my old phone to the new was so fast and convenient. They even buy back your old phone, which I ended up getting some cash for, which was nice as its an old phone and I wouldn't get anything for it in a private sale.
