Worst scrap cleaning company out there.Took my carpet and fed me all kinds of bullshitTook 4 weeks to so call clean it and deodorize etc....Canceled delivery date after 4 weeks because it was not up to their standards (what a joke)The next day canceled again because of traffic, yada yada.Finally deliveredSmelled and looked even worse than before.But still charged me $69, bunch of crooks.I think company would run 100% better by monkeys than these clowns.If I had the power, I would shut them down.Stay away

They are the absolute worst. Appointments are always messed up. They are either 2 hours early or late. One of their cleaning guys is extremely rude and intentionally walked on the freshly cleaned carpet with his boots.

I have used this company on a multitude of occasions and have had nothing but the best experience. All of the staff is extremely helpful and knows their product inside and out. Their ability to stay on top of things is admirable and I find that they truly try their best to keep their clientele in the know. All of this to say that I give them two huge thumbs up!
