It's great doing business with Justin at Jayco Plumbing. His water softeners are easy to use and does an amazing job installing them.

Great guys called when they said they would. Showed up when they said they would. Nice clean work. Polite and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.

We utilize a gas boiler in our home and on New Years Eve, something went wrong after a friend of our daughter changed a zone valve. He insisted it was an easy job but things went wrong. I got in touch with the owner of Jayco Plumbing and he sent someone to our home. He attempted to trouble shoot, but ended up calling the owner and another gentleman to our home. After troubleshooting some more, the 3 men left and the owner said to try and get by for 2 days. He said he needed to download a manual for our boiler. Literally 5 minutes after leaving, I received an email from the owner, stating that they were not able to figure it out, but since they couldnt fix anything, they would not be charging us. I emailed him back 4 times, begging him to refer us to someone who he thought could fix it and asking what they did as things were not properly put back from his employees and him. I took pictures of before they came and after. He refused to have the courtesy of responding to my emails. I ended up hiring someone from the coast. He said they caused other things to malfunction as their boiler knowledge is minimal to say the least. Perhaps they are more suitable for toilets and maybe furnace work. However, good business practice would be to at least return emails to respond and not be dishonest and run. If you have a boiler....maybe look Williams Lake direction first.

M husband and I called Jayco Plumbing about an element that burned out in our hot water heater. My husband couldn't get the old element off. Justin spent 40 minutes on the phone making suggestions as to how to do it. My husband was successful & Jayco lost business but if we ever need a plumber again we'll call Jayco because they are honest and friendly. Trust is important and you can trust this company.

Our Pressure Tank stopped working properly! We had the pleasure of having Steve and Oakley come to our home to remove the disfunctional pressure tank and replace the old pressure tank with a new one. The snow was so deep that Steve and Oakley had to lift out the old Tank full of water over the gates - and Bring the new Tank in by going over the gate again. Steve and Oakley did all of this in good humor! Pleasant - Friendly - knowledgable! It was an absolute pleasure to have these two young men to do the job. I am Thankful! I would refer anyone who need two young men who came when we called them and not only did they did a fantastic job they did it in a very professional manner and with humour! Thank you again Steve and Oakley
