They got my order right . Food and service was good. The drive thru has got to be the most smelly, disgusting area I have ever seen. It smelled like someone was vomiting in my car. PLEASE CLEAN UP. I could not get out of Cornwall fast enough.

They need to learn to follow recipes or formulas for items on the menu, i.e. Ice Capps. No need to give too many caramel toffee shotsToo damn sweet!!!

Fun Fact: This is Cornwall's 1069TH Tim Hortons, expect a line up of cars stretching onto 9th ST during the morning rush and if you want to walk into the store it's possible for the front door to be locked.

Worst tim hortons ever .I'm not the type to make a stink about one mistake we are all human . This location takes it to a whole other level. From wrong orders to staff being downright rude to having found hair in my coffee more than once .... I choose to drive the 5 blocks out of my way in the morning to the brookdale location where my order is always perfect and staff are friendly . This was my experience.

My experience going to Tim Hortons 100% 9th and Pitt take top prize, The employees are the best, orders are always correct, fast,good food, drinks, Price's but it's a great Tim Hortons cause when I walk in with no smile you can bet I'm walking out with one for sure, the vibe the employees have with one another is amazing and funny and I always find myself smiling and laughing. Tim Hortons isn't all about how great they make your food or coffee, Tim Hortons is much more then that it's the feeling of happiness and joy. The great employees are the reason I go and will continue to go to Tim Hortons on Pitt and 9th Street. Thank you and have a wonderful day/night!.

I'd highly recommend getting both the Tim's rewards card and the app. Not only can you save big on certain items, you earn points and you can have them deliver your order to your house, if you use the app.

(Tim Hortons at Ultramar location)So I've been coming to this location since they've opened and1-theyre the quovkest2- the most punctual for getting your orders correct3- Dawn,Lloyd Sharon actually ALL the staff are the most pleasant bunch I've ever encountered at any Tim Hortons . Ohh and they love my furdaughter Shalby and to me thats very important.
