Overall a very unprofessional and misleading dealership, with the employees being extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. I was told the car was accident free when in fact it had been in an acciden, which they only told me once I arrived to look at the car. Furthermore they would not let me test drive it which is a red flag. Lastly, the “salesman” Masoud never actually showed up and once I told him I didn’t want he car he laughed at me and made a disrespectful comment. 0/5 wouldn’t recommend.

I emailed about a car that they has posted on auto trader. I'm an hour away so asked for a copy of the carfax to be emailed to me. they replied saying they would only show me if I came in to the office. I responded back that I was no longer interested as I was not willing to make the long drive without seeing it. their response? We aren’t interested in tire kickers. Please take a hike!" Cant say I've ever been told to take a hike before

Completely awful experience. Car was dirty to begin with and had several issues. Hardly any staff present and the one that was, was totally incompetent - NEVER rent from them!

Wouldn't let me see the CarFax unless I came in. Didn't want to make the trip without seeing it so I said I will pass. They responded in the most rude and unprofessional manner. I'm also seeing that most of these cars are rebuilt which explains why they are so cheap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

The hours of operation on the website and actually hours of operation are different. They allowed me to book pick up at 830pm but they closed at 8. I was given refund. Horrible service, would never rent again

Terrible rental company, total scam, I booked the car rental for July, which is more than 3 months out, I had to cancel within a couple of hours of my reservation. The full amount is charged and no one in customer service will give me information on whether I get refund or at least a credit! There is no place on their website says what their refund policy is. $300+ gone like that! Never booking with them ever again! until today, no one got back to me! Online customer service email address does not reply to you at all. No phone number provided and I booked directly through their official website!

Asked for a carfax via email for a VW I was interested in because I live an hour away from the dealer. I was told to view the car first and the carproof is available in the office. I told the dealer not to waste my time, to which the dealer replied the same, and saying I had a rotten attitude. I commented on their poor customer service skills, to which they replied blah blah blah stop wasting our time."This is what you can expect from Oasis Car Sales

Extremely unhelpful language barrier that didn’t help the person barely understood what I was trying to explain and kept repeating themselves over and over again like they were reading lines from a script would never recommend this to anyone and sadly I was forced into this place by vaughan Chrysler dealership
