Tried making an order on the website and it said the restaurant was closed (after their opening hours)Called the restaurant and got patched through to their HQ who said the restaurant was open, and put the order through for me.When I pulled up to the restaurant around when my expected carryout time would be, the staff member was only just then unlocking the door. He told me that there were no orders and nobody tried to call, even though there wasn't anyone even in the store before he showed up.Complete waste of a lunch.

Good pizza, ordered this afternoon but the pizza was more like pizza bread with little toppings on one. Everything else was fine.I'm sticking with papa ajsThough the price I paid here at pizza hut wasn't bad at all.

Ordered online for carry out - fine. Pick up indicated 20 minutes, husband leaves to go pick it up at the time it should be ready. Get there just to be told we’re at the WRONG LOCATION. Told us all these other locations to try just for us to go back to the same location to tell the people there they are wrong, LOOK AT OUR RECEIPT.Painful experience.As the people there said “it just came in”. That was a lie.They told us we had $15 off our next order and to just look for the code on our receipt. That was another lie.Can’t call in because no one answers their phone.Submitted my experience online just to have NO ONE GET BACK TO US.Always preferred Pizza Hut- will be taking our business elsewhere.Shameful

Pizza Hut Chilliwack, oh how does one describe. When ordered at 7:00pm with an eta on the app between 7:35-7:45pm to then playing ring around the rosy from 8:20-8:55pm throughly the poor operators at the customer service line trying to get ahold of the Chilliwack store, which neither them nor I could get an answer. Just wanting to know if our order was coming or not. Finally was transferred to the online order line who took our info and offered to submit a reimbursement request. Luckily, we were paying cash as this has happened before. The driver showed up with a grin on his face and gave us our order at 8:56pm. Our order was ice cold like it had been in the car for an hour and a half… and their take on mozzarella sticks were quite enlightening. I would call them and ask for a credit but they don’t answer their phones. I don’t know what has changed but don’t waste your time.

After spending 80.00 on one large, 2 medium and 22 wings. It was all dried out, Will never order again from here! Wasted my money on garbage dried pizza and wings.Best Bite pizza is way better than Pizza Hut in Chilliwack!

Never got right pizza i ordered pizza with Alfredo sauce base and they give me regular tomato sauce 3rd time i also double check with staff they said this time order is right and when reach home its wrong. Worst pizza in town

What a joke. Few weeks back ordered a meat lover got home to find a Hawaiian. Figured we would try once more today on our way home. App wouldn’t work so I went in to place a order. Someone from the back looked around the corner at me and went to the back. Waited a few minutes and no one came to take my order so we left. Went to Panago super friendly there. Sorry but I won’t be coming back. Real shame the new staff and managers have ruined this place. Would have given a 0 star if I could

Got a large bbq chicken pizza, the whole pizza is pure sauce the toppings just completely fall off. Some of the slices didn't even have cheese so they threw shredded cheese on it and didn't heat it up so it wasn't melted... really??
