Kent Building Supplies

I love shopping at KENT and their staff members are awesome too. I've read some comments that certain people get frustrated because of time process in waiting for staff's aid but I do wait sometimes also and sometimes it's a long wait too; but I used to work for KENT in NS years ago and I know and understand what the Staff employees are going through. This is why I don't get frustrated anytime I go shopping anywhere. Employees go through issues in every types of work that they do. Thank you all at KENT for all your kind and caring help.

Great place super friendly

I was on my lunch break and needed to grab some hardware. The associates were quick to lead me to the product and very knowledgeable. There were no lineups and I was back to work in no time.

We have been in a major renovation and building project for the last 6 months and to be frank, Kent has blown us away with their service, communication and easiness to work with. We have also been working with some of their competitors and unfortunately they have been the complete opposite of our experience with Kent.Phil Lajoie on the contractor desk is an absolute rock star and has turned us into raving Kent fans. Many of the materials have been delivered via the Bouctouche store and their delivery guys have also been tremendous.Virtually everything has been on time or earlier than expected and the quality of materials and return policy has been great. Also very pleased with Atlantic Windows which we purchased through Kent.

Always find what I need the lady at customer service is very helpful in directing you to the area you need to find your purchase Staff always polite and helpful.

Very unprofessional and slow service, been sold many items at the service counter, that where out of stock and had a huge hassle receiving a refund or another product of equal equailty for equal price. And the lumber horrible horrible quailty all twsited and knotted And secondly the little green haired fella in the warehouse is the most absolute useless fella ive encoutered at any hardware store. Would no recommend coming to this store. Again and i cant stress this enough horrible horrible place to go and try snd do business.

Went into a hardware store to buy a watering can... nothing deep and meaningful, nothing specialized and nothing that should be hard to find.Yet, I left empty handed, told that they havent had any in stock for weeks.The extra star is because the staff were very helpful and polite, despite the lack of watering can.

Went over there this weekend 2 weeks ago when I was there I bought shiplack and I was missing 15 bees and the guy that was serve me that said that they didn't have any store I found it for him and this weekend when I went over there I asked him if you can give me the same discounter last time and he said absolutely not

Assisted by a worker in lumber yard today who is originally from Ukraine. Very nice gentleman with a good sense of humor. Certainly got a chuckle out of my daughter & I with our list of materials for projects to at her house .
