Just got back into golfing and bought myself a used gap wedge at a very competitive price. Regripped the shaft for me, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be coming back here exclusively for all future golfing purchases! Highly recommend this place to anyone

Great spot for a regrip or if you time it right you can get a good deal on consignment. Nice bags also. They also have their own line of custom clubs steel or composite shafted at a very reasonable price. If I lived here I would shop here often.

I have been using Gold West for 3 decades now. Terry has alway been professional, prompt and provides excellent service. I have had cubs fitted, made, repaired and altered. He was able to help with a golf canada insurance claim, still having access to a receipt for a club I purchased a decade earlier. He’s my “go to” person for my golf equipment needs.

I took my clubs in for a loft and lie adjustment, which was done very quickly. I, however, had given Terry the wrong lie specs. Took them back a couple of days later and Terry made the fix right away and didn't charge me for my mistake. When I objected to the no charge, he just said to pay it forward. Great guy and great work. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be back often.

Made an appointment with Terry to check the Lie Angle on my clubs. He checked the clubs, watched my setup and swing. Checked the Lie using a Lie Board and then used the launch monitor to find out where I was struggling. He then made a recommendation for a Swing Coach and sent me on my way. Very good experience, well stocked shop and makes recommendations he does not pressure a person into buying something that is not required. I strongly recommend his services if you are in the market.René LParksville BC
