Pretty standard Dollarama, seems to be short staffed a bit, I usually see one or two walking around but usually the manned checkout is empty until they notice someone standing there. hasn't really affected my experience as there are plenty of available self serve checkouts

Reasonable service for the prices in the store.Decent selection, inconsistent stock though, though that could be Perrier's fault.Otherwise great.

We love to shop here for different food and/or household items. The younger staff on occasion do not even acknowledge our presence... not even a hello! I may be old-fashioned, but I still like that in a retail location.Update: the staff there is excellent. I didn't want one person cast a negative light on a good company.

Prices have been increasing, I don't think you can buy much for just a dollar anymore.They always need way more cashier's and it's always a long wait in line.

I have never seen such bad customer service! I went in this morning to grab a couple things and the store was empty. Not a single person who worked there was actually in the front of the store. I got to self checkout and it wouldnt take my bill so I looked around for someone to help me and there was no one. I waited longer than I should have and ended up having to call for help through the machine. I finally had someone come and help me, my sister told her I needed help and shes says yea I know I'm coming" with the bitchest tone of voice. Snatched my bill from my hand and walked over to the cash register to get me a new one

The pharmacy has been filling my meds for a yr now. What a difference from Shoppers. I don't even have to phone in fir refills, they're always ready for me when I go in to pick them up! Keep up the good work, and thank you guys.
